Good friendly staff who shared our disappointment at comfort of bed. Happy to give refund. Thank you. Good restaurant.
The bed had a ridge from top to bottom on one side which was extremely uncomfortable. Following the visit we spent two weeks in lodges in remote locations in Costa Rica with more comfortable beds.
No runway facing rooms available due to renovation even though we rang to check the day before. Room did not have the two beds for our children. Confusion between housekeeping and reception
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Food excellent.
Cleaniness. Fresh smell, neat room and great sleep quality

I may have been just passing through en route to the airport. But I rate this Premier Inn as a perfect stepping stone for me.
As always Premier Inn provide exceptionally clean functional facilities, including a decent sized bed, all at reasonable prices. Food very good value, staff very professional.

Location for airport terminal 5
Breakfast started at 7am and we had to leave for bus at 7:20 so bit of a rush
the whole stay was very nice the staff were excellent would stay there again
The staff were very helpful and polite. I think it because not many people find their way there.
The GPS does not like the post code. When using the GPS use the actual address.
The hotel is well placed for Heathrow, the M4 & the M25. The staff are well trained, polite, helpful and efficient. The restaurant has a good menu and serves good food. The rooms are a reasonable size and well appointed in most respects.
The car park gives an unpleasant and rather unfortunate twist to the story. The cost of parking is £6 for 12 hours and £12 for 24 hours. My reaction to that is that I have to plan on 12 hours. Working backwards, I need to leave at 0730 so I can't arrive before 1930. I would normally arrive late afternoon and have dinner in the restaurant then have breakfast before I leave. However, with the time constraint, my new arrangement is to have dinner before arrival and have breakfast in Carluccio's before flying. In the great scheme of things an extra £6 for parking may not seem much but no one likes to feel ripped off. As a result the hotel lost two dinners and two breakfasts. I bet loads of others feel the same way. Car owners are cheated at every possible opportunity and we get fed up with it! The other thing we didn't like was the bed. If I turned over my wife was catapulted toward the window. If my wife turned over the mattress behaved as if it was floating on choppy water. We remonstrated with each other to keep still. The night's sleep was poor. I think the bed would be fine for one but not good for two. If we go their again we'll ask for twin beds.
Size and cleanliness of room. Decent shower. Food in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise and good selection for breakfast.
Proximity to T5, friendliness of staff, comfy bed and nice meal all helped to make for a positive experience. The liberal dollops of wine possibly helped too!
