Car parking was included
Comfy nice staff, clean rooms and helpful
Free parking, Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy bed.
Room was very hot, even after turning off heater and opening the window (only opens a couple of centimeters). Our son even had a cold shower at 1am as it was so hot. In the morning discovered a small sticker on the broken aircon saying fans were available from reception!
Receptionist in the evening was very friendly and nice. Also the breakfast staff were very helpful and informative.
I think the breakfast cost is a little too high.
Easy to find, free parking in the Riverside multi storey which had a joining walk way to the Premier Inn. Plenty of places to eat within minutes of walking. Very clean, very warm, staff lovely.
Secure car park Quiet even on the main road Friendly and helpful staff
Room smelled of smoke
Staff were excellent. There was nothing that they wouldn't try and do for you and kept asking if everything was Ok. Parking was excellent and well situated within the town centre. Was closer to WB studios than first believed and was an excellent position for the hotel -
Room absolutely stank of a damp and musty smell and was in the room all through the stay and was very unpleasant. Room was way to small for a family room. when the two small children's beds were out you couldn't get past the main bed without climbing over the end of it. (photo's taken) Unable to adjust the temperature of the room and it became hot and stuffy. Other peoples children were running up and down the hallway at 11.30pm as the door lock to the hallway was broken so easy access.
It was nice, clean and had friendly staff
Atmosphere. Breakfasts. Free car parking.
Having to pay for breakfast every morning rather than at the end of the 7 days. The fact that car park is too far for elderly, disabled people and assistance is not automatic. The provision of a hotel trolley would solve the problem of multiple journeys.
the staff were so helpful, freindly and attentive.
It was convenient and the price was OK for that time of the year
The room was too dry and the heat/cooling system did not compensate the dryness
The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much of a problem. Extra pillows, extra tea and coffee. The room was quiet.
The bed was extremely hard, I think Mr Henry has not made it the Hemel Hempstead with his new beds yet.
Staff first class:thanks to reception and dining room staff at breakfast. Hotel parking facilities and access could be better described, as first obvious car park on arrival in the area is pay & display.
Not enough towels. Feedback given to reception staff. Car parking as above, but great once we found it!
everything, the hotel is ideally placed for the shops ( just on the edge of the shopping centre) and with free parking we couldn't fault it ,also just 15 minutes away from the Harry Potter tour
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was nice but basic and could do with a few more storage areas for clothes
Lack of hair dryer n the room and even when asked we had to collect from reception
location and good staff help. quiet and clean. breakfast meals were excellent and freshly cooked.
kept only placing one bath towel and hand towel, in the room, when two people were allocated the room, even when we told the staff about it.
Fab location and great hotel.
Breakfast was chaos!
Myself and my daughter had to have extra quilts as the beds were rock hard, the receptionist guaranteed a good night sleep and when told in the morning , she just said sorry and that was it. I was very disappointed with this
A nice clean hotel and the facilities where good.
Alot of noise through the early hours of the morning waking us up. Tried to book a late check out only offered an hour for £15. Some staff weren't very warm or helpful. We booked a family room but ended up in a standard room with extra beds so there wasn't and space. Very disappointed as iv stayed with Premier Inn many times previously with no problems.
Limited wi-fi (too costly), business need to review
Good location, especially after our Christmas party.
Room too hot, noisy rooms next door, woken in the morning by children in the corridor. I complained but all the reception said was sorry and was the rest of the stay OK? I had to open the window to cool the room but it didn't help much.
Located near the train station for London, and XC climbing centre and the Hemel Snow Centre !!
Parking can be difficult during busy periods ie pre Christmas !
Need extra pillows
VERY noisy at night. All the doors need adjusted. Constant banging.
