Premier Inn Hereford  

We chose the Premier Inn Hereford, because it was in the right place,we found the staff very helpful and cheerful. Our room was lovely and clean and a reasonable size. The restaurant was good, but we already knew that, because when we lived in Hereford we were regular users. The price was very good, and the next time we come down, we shall certainly be making a booking.

I liked Premier Inn but was disappointed in one thing In December 2010 it cost £29 but December 2011 cost £52!

I was unwell (viral infection) during my stay of one night (nothing to do with the hotel). The hotel staff, night porter and receptionist were excellent, very helpful and considerate. This what I have generally found to be the case which positively distinguishes this chain from others. Plenty of parking with good accessibility. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Generally very good value for money.

We did not appreciate having to wait outside entrance for 20 minutes along with several others, before porter came from adjoining pub. To let us into the lodge.I Room was of usual high standard but missing a do not disturb hanger for the door,. Had room service knocking on the door at 8.30!! Not the usual standard we have become accustomed to with previous stays.

Friendly staff. Good location. Good food at the Beefeater.

Bacon not cooked enough

This Premier Inn is one of the best I have stayed in and nothing was too much for the staff, they were very warm and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean and warm. It was also very quiet and afforded a good nights sleep. It was also good that the receptionist offered to book a table for us at the pub next door.

We knew what to expect. We often stay at Premier Inns at various locations. We always have a good experince and Hereford didn't dissapoint. The staff were friendly, efficient and proffesional. The hotel was clean and warm. The adjacent Beefeater restaurant was equally as good.

Very good hotel and the food at the beefeater was first class as was the service we received from all the staff,with special thanks to vicky for the way she looked after us when dinning. Would return to this hotel without hessitation.

It was ideally situated for our needs . The breakfast was good. Bed comfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice pub on site

Noise in the middle of the night approx 2am - 3am lack of clean glasses and bowls at breakfast

The staff were excellent towards the guests, the location for our trip was excellent, the breakfast was lovely, and all in all it was a superb trip, one which we have done before and one we will be doing again. Thank you and your staff from our group who each and every one was pleased with the standards, cleanliness and the politeness of all the staff.
