The hotel was very modern and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar prices were on the high side.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable - no frills. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Location good for visiting Canterbury and places along the coast. Herne Bay itself was not that remarkable.

Coffee mugs were small. A mirror was provided near the coffee making equipment and hairdryer. This mirror had a fluorescent light at either side of it. This did not make a good mirror for using when drying ones hair. A light on the ceiling directly above the mirror would have been more useful.

I got the booking wrong ordered disabled room with wet room and didnt want it; as iam not disabled. so couldnt have a bath, would have been better if the order form was clearer.

Staff is ok. Restaurant is not in the same bulding. Easy access from the motorway.

Cold buffet breakfast ok but you have to order the hot buffet breakfast. It comes from the kitchen. In the same hotel in Greenwich, we had a hot & cold buffet breakfast. Free internet for 30 mn only

Very friendly staff. Booking.com had booked a single room when it should have been a quad room! Receptionist very helpful in sorting out. Particularly impressed with quality of breakfast.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the Reception Staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always cheerful. Cleanliness of the accommodation and the modern facilities. Functionality and choice of breakfast menus.

No dislikes - the restaurant coffee could be better!

Rooms a bit dark cloured and poorly lit

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I really would recommend it and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were incredibly helpful.

My Husband and I arrived at the hotel on a late rainy and cold Christmas Eve. Even if there was no food left and the restaurant was already closed, the gentleman at the reception gave us more coffee and tea bags and milk to drink with the few biscuits we had left from the trip. We enjoyed so much all the kindness of all the staff during our two days stay and breakfasts were fantastic. We will strongly recommend this hotel to our friends. Wonderfully welcoming young lady on reception.

Clean,comfortable with good facilities.

On returning to hotel at 11pm being unable to get a drink at the bar as a resident. Apart from this everything was fine and would return.

As this was the first time I have stayed at a Premier Inn, I was extremely happy with my experience, the staff were excelent and very helpful. I will look forward to a future stay at another Premier Inn.

The breakfast was lovely, well worth the money paid

The beds could be more softer as we ended up with aches down our body once woken.

Nice big room for me and two kids.

Tv reception kept breaking up. Wi-fi should be free really as we'll.

bed was a bit hard

My husband and I spend a lot of time visiting Herne Bay with our 3 boys and have done for the past ten years as we have a caravan in Leysdowne on Sea. We decided to come and stay this time and had a lovely time the food the rooms the staff was all excellent and we will definately stay again Thank you

The only thing was the bed being two beds joined together to make a double that is my only fault

The location was good for our stay.

The kettle was fixed under the mirror you use for doing your hair and makeup. There were no draws for your underwear etc.
