Staff friendly and helpfull
Hotel was clean, staff very polite and friendly. Location was good, we used it as a base to get to legoland the following morning. Breakfast was also good. Definitely reccomend
All pillows were the same size and, as I suffer with a neck problem, I like varied heights so I can sleep without a problem
The bed was soooo comfy - great night sleep
There was nothing !
Bed and bedding was comfy and warm. Great reception on arrival and at breakfast. Good breakfast choice and quality.
No biscuits in room
Poor lighting. Shower could have been better.
Clean comfortable accommodation. Premier Inns are reliable in this respect.
The attitude of some of the restaurant staff was not what we expect from Premier Inns, where we usually get service with a smile.
Staff are friendly and Excellent Breakfast.
At dinner evening - order - very slowly & delaying time also I was very disappointed my ordered King prawn but out of stock. sometime breakfast sausages were not cooked well. No Air conditioner.
We arrived early and didn't realise that check-in was from 14.00 but we were being picked up at 12.00. Courtney and Leah found us a room and got it all sorted. Great service and a lovely clean room. We had a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend this premier inn.
Eco shower had such low water pressure it wasn't a great shower. No hot chocolate. I like hot chocolate! :)
Polite efficient staff and comfortable bed and roomi
Lack of air conditioning as it was very hot. The fan made little difference.
We have enjoyed staying at this hotel many times with complete satisfaction, the location for us is ideal
We were booked in for 4 nights but after 2 nights the door key expired. At 12 o'clock at night we had to keep going to reception to get a new key, we were not informed this was a policy, the computer should control the duration of the key. The room was only furnished with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 persons on 2 occasions, and once, no drinking glasses supplied, we had to keep complaining to get satisfaction. Sleep was difficult as the beds always have winter weight duvets, the room had no air-.con. Security was lax with no check by staff on people entering the hotel at late evening. Lower level car park for 2 nights was completely full where about 50% were taken over by white vans.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Even allowed to bring food from the pub next door to our room
Heat in room unbearable. Needs air conditioning.
NO Air conditioning
Quiet location...and a nice restaurant.
The only problems with the Hotel room was the fact that there was only one socket, and that was situated on the opposite side of the room to the bed. A bit of a problem when charging the phone overnight. Also if you dont have a car, teh bus service is a bit randon...as it is a one-hour walk to Beaconsfield old town from there.
Easy access from the motorway.
No free WIFI, but a reasonable cost to buy.
Nice rooms Clean Functional Pleasant staff
Long trek to family room with all the cases
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable quiet rooms. Very clean and well stocked with extra pillows ,tea making facilities and a fan to keep the room cool. Exceptionally clean and spotless room. Convenient to the brewers fayre restaurant.
the restaurant staff very rude and intimidating . accused us of eating free without first checking with hotel to find out what we have booked. embarrassed us in-front of people, advising us that we can be removed if they wanted us to be removed. the manager has no skills to speak. after discovering we had paid for 17 breakfasts on family rooms however we were only 10 people as we booked family rooms they did not apologised but blame the hotel for not amending the booking. this is only because we were asians. i am sure they would have not behaved in this manner if it was a white family and w had paid all in advance so we do not have any headaches. I would not book this hotel again
Good value for money, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff.
It didn't look like what was published in the internet.
The hotel was quiet and beds very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly.
There could have been more ventilation in the hotel and rooms.
Fairly quiet location, room was lovely and cool when we walked in. Received a call on our way to book us a table for that evening which was a nice touch.
Fine for simple lodging. Restaurant food quality was good. Partially self-serve service was confusing.
Room was hot. Fan did little to cool room. Parking was too far from room and up a steep hill.
Friendly efficient staff
Wifi not particularly good especially when you are paying. Rooms a little tired - very few sockets
