A comfortable stay.
The hotel was very pleasant, with a nice atmosphere. The bar which is linked to the hotel has a welcoming feel. Our room was very comfortable especially the bed. We enjoyed a full breakfast and the staff were happy and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
That I had to leave!!
Good sized room for the 5 of us (3 young children) Staff friendly and happy to help. Booking.com didn't pass on that we needed a cot, however the staff quickly sorted the problem.
No where to microwave sterilize baby's bottles. Premier Staff said to go to Brewers Fayre next door. They did sterilize the bottles after some persuasion!
The room very clean. Bed fantastic as was choice of pillows. Liked how the bathroom fan turned off as soon as switched off not like some hotels where continues for ages. Room was cold - very cold night - but staff provided a heater.
The chaos at breakfast.
Good sized room. Well equipped.
Someone playing music until 2am, especially as we had requested a quiet room.
Only stayed one night, great room, spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Food at the harvester next door for breakfast was lovely
Initially arrived and was given the wrong room as only made up for 2 and this was quickly changed once reception informed and moved to a room for 4
nothing but would say hotel getting tired needs revamp
Reasonable price for bed and breakfast This is all we needed for our purpose - to be on hand for a family party. (we would have stayed with my sister in High Wycombe had she been able to put us up.
We would not have found it a place to relax on holiday,
Good nights sleep Nice pub next door Pleasant staff
Location is pleasant and elevated but not as close as we thought to the motorway junction Only one large towel in both double rooms No hairdryer in one room
Just about everything
Solid bed. 24H supermarket in walking distance. In-house restaurant.
Weak WIFI. Lighting poor. One of the ceiling light were not working 50% of time.
The team were very friendly and the room was nice
You could hear other guests walking down the corridor
Loved the bed Loved the room temperature adjustment, most hotels don't allow me to set a certain temperature. The size of the room was perfect for the price I paid for
I didnt like the fact that the hotel didn't have any lifts to go up and down to the floor bur the staff member was more than happy to help me to walk down and up twice
Hotel excellent. Efficient and friendly staff . Spacious, clean room. Bed was a little high for me but extremely comfortable. Great nights sleep. Only marred by restaurant next door. Dinner was truly awful, lacklustre service, sticky table, poor food salmon salad was tasteless and virtually no dressing, no red pepper or onion, and when we asked for Mayo they forgot to get it! Pate starter was okay but served with Branston pickle! And dessert chocolate profiteroles again awful, no chocolate taste at all and cheap spray cream ugh! We had booked breakfast the next morning for convenience but it was again very lacklustre, cold plates, lukewarm food and why no table service for tea and coffee by the pot? I was told could order alternative eggs eg boiled or poached but no-one at counter to do so ... So gave up.
The food next door Dripping gutter over our window No lift to downstairs room along way from reception ( will ask for disability friendly room next time)
Room was good staff were polite
Lots of screaming children running around while trying to eat our breakfast
Location, clean, comfortable.
I was on the lower ground floor - sounded like a herd of elephants woke up above me at about 5am - I'm not sure it was other guests or hotel staff - but it was constant pacing/creaking floorboards. Very limited spaces in restaurant at 6.30pm Friday. (I was advised I should have booked!). Luckily they squeezed me in (single traveler) but others were not so lucky.
Really comfortableroom which was spotless. Good facilities on site and great breakfast. First time users of premier Inns but would most definately use them again.
Location was a bit difficult to find
Location in relation toLloudwater and High Wycombe
Too few Tv channels
Excellent breakfast. All the food was being replaced regularly as it was only in small portions on the hot press. this ensured you didn't get any items that had been stood for a long while. Really enjoyed it and so did our travelling companions.
Comfort and able to accommodate us with an early check in time.
No Phone in room
A lovely place with lovely surroundings. Very friendly and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend booking if planning on eating there as the restaurant was extremely busy. True to their word we were compensated for not getting a good nights sleep.
Although the hotel made every attempt at ensuring a good night's sleep unfortunately for us we had extremely noisy neighbours who came in at 2am and kept us awake even though we were in the 'quiet' part.
room was very child friendly and staff were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful highly recommended
