Staff friendly. Room good. Car park good.
Wi fi only available 30 minutes per day then you had to pay. No fridge. Bit noisy, could hear people above us.
The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful
Our room was on the second floor, over the reception and we were kept awake, on both night, in the early hours of the morning by people standing outside reception talking, it was very warm so we needed to have our window open.
Internet wasn't working despite paying for the day. Staff in the adjoined resterant not as friendly as usual Premier Inn
Bed Room size
No iron in room Limited facilities you'd expect from a Premier Inn
Large clean room with wall mounted tv, bathroom was great, large and plenty of hot water without any problems. My room was on the ground floor but was quiet and I got a great nights sleep every night. The lack of room service isn't a problem as there is a Beefeater/pub next door. The staff are extremely helpful. About 30 seconds from the Train station so very convenient.
No real dislikes, was on business and the facilities served their purpose .
Comfortable, scrupulously clean, extremely quiet overnight. Great breakfast at Beefeater right next to hotel.
Only being able to stay for one night!
We had to have an adapted bathroom , however for some reason the room came with a bath where a wet room or shower would be much more practical.
Proximity to the railway station. helpful staff
Waterproof mattress cover meant we both had a very sweaty night's sleep
closeness to the railway station. Ease of access into the hotel. The room was comfortable. The service staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The reception staff were helpful and friendly
we had to walk outside to get to the restaurant dinner/breakfast. We had to pay for more than thirty minutes wifi. Other Premier Inns were free.
Staff brilliant and friendly Room clean new and fresh Location perfect for the wedding we attended
Heat in the hotel and rooms was too much! A fan was provided but too noisy for night. Air con is required. Also the restaurant which served the hotel customers was poor and very slow service. Let the hotel down.
The room nice comfortable with big tv ,the staff were very helpful and polite at any time of day or night. The food was excellent service was excellent.we did not want to leave and we return there again
It was very hot, and it wasn't possibly to open a window more than two centimeters to get some air. We were not able to sleep 4 people in the same room when there was no air flow.
the room was clean and comfortable, evening meal & breakfasts were super.
no air conditioning when very hot nights, fans provided were inadiquate, could not open windows very far.
The location, having a beefeater on site & the late breakfast times & also the late check out
Spring loose on the bed, which made me jump Only one set of towels Only enough refreshments for one drink Having to pay on arrival
Beds comfortable just as Lenny Henry says! In general good value for money.
Fixed shower head in bath. May sound silly, but if you want to keep your hair dry, a hand held shower head is much better, and also easier to reach delicate areas.
Location opposite rail station Beafeater great conti breakfast price fine
Being in a disabled access room everything too low
Clean and where we wanted to be
The restaurant was poor dinner ok. Breakfast very poor you could get a better breakfast anywhere 6 pound for a bit of fruit and toast is taking the mick. The cooked breakfast wasn't any better the staff on duty at breakfast didn't make you feel welcome
Hotel was ill equipped to deal with the summer heat and the fans supplied for night were below par
It was very hot but the hotel had done their best to deal with the extremely hot weather. No air conditioning but we knew that from the booking.
helpful, positive attitude of staff - some effort was made to mitigate impact of hot weather in a small airless room
small room, airless - not value for money without air conditioning
Closeness to Rail station - that's the main reason I picked this hotel
No luggage storage available so ruined returning day and caught early train home as didn't want to carry suitcases around Horsham - No airconditioning and rooms very hot with poor ventilation - Bed lumpy, but in the main break spoilt by no luggage storage available and no solution suggest maybe use a vacant room for a few hours if luggage hold full - bigger hold anything to help a paying customer??
staff were nice and very helpful, great location
very warm, didn't seem to have any air conditioning that worked, difficult to sleep
A very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable rooms.
The price. Lol.
clean quiet good location comfy bed
