Too noisy.

Convenient. Good parking arrangements and late booking in was very helpful

A small fridge would have been helpful. But, there was nothing we didn't like.

Reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. Big screen TV with good range of channels.

The hotel des not provide face/washcloth which in my opinion is a very basic item.

Young man on night duty believe named Kyran, immediately appeared when somehow the emergency cord in the bathroom was set off. Very helpful and pleasant.

On arriving early as we had a lunch party to attend, the young blonde girl on the desk was less than helpful, and we changed our clothes in the adjacent building w/c. That was not a problem, it was just the manner in which we were told.

Clean comfortable room and excellent beefeater adjacent. All staff both at hotel and restaurant friendly and helpful.

price, good value for money - waitress in restaurant helful, friendly and efficient(i even gave her a good tip!)

Pleasant, quiet, spacious room with good modern facilities. Helpful staff. Directly opposite railway station and handy for town centre. Good English breakfast served in Beefeater restaurant adjacent (although food was strangely tasteless).

Air conditioning/heating wasn't working in my room on a freezing cold day. Receptionist found me an electric heater but that didn't work either. I was offered another room but decided to stay put. I'm not keen on having to leave the hotel for meals, especially when it's snowing, although the Beefeater restaurant is just across the yard. This seems to be a general problem with Premier Inns.

The staff were very helpfull and friendly, the room was all made up for us ready and nice and clean, It was quiet and a very pleasant stay.

I asked for, and got, a nice quiet room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent.

The staff were excellent

The Wi Fi connection in room 46 is rubbish. I paid for one weeks wifi but could only connect intermittently and it was ridiculously slow.

Clean and simple. Breakfast was good. I didn't mind collecting it (including the hot breakfast from the kitchen)

Perfectly OK for an overnight stay on business.
