We were very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the reception and dining rooom staff. We would stay at this hotel again. Thankyou No problems. However, we were pleased not to have had a room at the front of the hotel as the road outside was very busy at times and could be noisy especially if the double glazed window was open. We believe that this point should be noted on the online booking slot.

Poor quality rooms. Furnishings very "tired" and bathroom dirty. No staff on hand to put things right. Would never stay there again.

The staff and location all great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful I often feel awkward going to breakfast in hotels(after a bad experience at another hotel (not premier) ) But I felt completely relaxed, welcome and the food was extremely good, hot and tasty. many thanks I could not seem to get comfortable in my bed, but not sure why. You can tell it is a quality bed but got awful back ache......... Still cant please all the people all of the time can you.

One of the friendliest Hotels I have ever been to. The staff could not have been more helpful. At breakfast staff were consistently friendly and helpful - we have 2yr twins, and they accomodated our needs extremely efficiently. Our room was perfect; large and roomy, clean and gave us plenty of space for the two cots. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and I am sure we will return. Check out time (by 12) gave us the time we needed to have breakfats and organise us=ourselves without feeling rushed. Everthing was simple and straightforward. To be honest I cannot think of anything negative to say. Only one thing Premier/ Hotels might think from a general sense is that in the family room whilst we have space to spread out, with babies/ cots it would be quite nice to be able to pull a curtain across (or similar) so we can watch tv or give us some sort of divide between the babies and ourselves. But that is the same for all family rooms in Hotels

Premier Inn Huddersfield North staff stated that the bookings from booking.com where wrong, and did not want to honour the inclusive breakfasts. They added the charge on without telling us, and only when challanged was the booked rate provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the hotel
