very clean and an excellent breakfast

a more up to date tv would be welcome

the hotel was clean the staff made u welcome

couldnt sleep on the bed as it was too hard

Location, staff attitude, room decor/finish.

For a single person, the price is slowly getting dearer. Cold evening when stayed and heating kept resetting to its lowest setting.

staff completely rigid on check-in we arrived at 13:40 and staff would not check if any room was available

No leisure facilities. TV's in room need upgrading.

The hotel was clean and the 'view was good'.

The double bed in room 224 was very hard and uncomfortable, hence, did not sleep well for 2 nights.

TV very small our paper work said flat TV and air con, towels very thin ,room was not for long stay ,had to lend drawers from one of staff,sheets changed once quilt cover not at all in the 10 day stay.

Staff very friendly and easy to ask if there was a problem. Attention to detail when booking in was good. Breakfast well arranged. Would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending it to other people.

We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and we just love it, we dont want to stay in any other, the staff are great, very helpful and accomodating.Breakfast brilliant and The Old Mill also provides excellent food & service.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. The room had all we needed.

Quiet, spotlessly clean accomodation including bathroom. Huge bed. Close proximity to characterful pub/restaurant.

The staff were all really professional, friendly and helpful. The room was and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast room was really comfortable and weel furnished; the staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was first class. I would not hesitate in staying there again. The adjacent pub/restaurant was really good value with good qualkity food and drinks and super service.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Special thanks to Caroline at reception and Jeannie in the breakfast room. Our room was a good size, clean and very quiet, a good nights sleep every night. During our 10 day stay we ate dinner 5 times at the Old Mill pub next door to the hotel, the food was that good.

The room was very spacious and very very clean inc en-suite, the staff were friendly and polite.The staff were also very helpful as my partner was on crutches due to a serious knee injury that happened not long before our stay. The breakfast was delicious and a wide variety of things to choose from.I Can honestly say there was nothing not to like about Premier Inn Huddersfield North and we will stay there again.

Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff

The staff were really excellent and could not have been better. I came across reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. The best staff I've met in many years; all very helpful and friendly but not overdoing it or 'pushy'. I'd booked for 4 nights and stayed 3. I was given a refund. This was also excellent. It allows for flexibility which I needed.

Room was a little spartan, tv was old

The receptionist had taken the time to read my request before I got there and had a suitable room allocated.

The price is kind of steep as I just wanted a bed to sleep in because my daughter doesn't have a spare room.

The hotel was imaculate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially a lady called Annette who greeted us for breakfast and kindly pointed out that I had paid for 4 breakfasts, when there was only two of us staying there, she arranged with the reception staff for us to get a refund of two breakfasts. This we wouldnt have realised ourselves as it is not that often we stay at the premier inn. Lovely nights sleep, were even considering purchasing a bed from Hypnos beds as we are given to understand this is who supplies the premier inns beds. Thankyou for a wonderful break.

The decor, friendliness and knowledge of the staff, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast in a bright, sunny dining area made our stay just what we needed - a break from routine! We felt that we had value for money and good service. Special thanks to the reception staff who were fab!
