1.True to your advert a very comfortable bed. 2. Central location for a historical & Heritage learning w/e, museums and easy walking along heritage streets and quays. 3. Wonderful view from the 9th floor of the Humber and it's famous bridge. 4. Competitive meal deal for dinner & breakfast 5. Very efficient, smart and friendly staff. 6. 300m. from 'The Deep'
Staff very helpfull
continental breakfast poor no cold meats no cheeses
Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Lovely room.
the dodgy car park under the flyover. Did not realise could park in multi storey
staff very helpful. rooms clean and comfortable.veiws are lovely over the river up to the humber bridge.i don't like lifts but no problem with the stairs, they are better than other hotels.
shower curtains as they can be a bit fusty as they often dry closed up. screens are better or fresh curtains each room chage.
Price, comfortable, nice bar
Breakfast was a bit pricy
The room was good and the food was really good!
I didn't like the location or the car park being separate.
Kind staff. Comfortable bed. Clean environment.
I do not like air-conditioning, I prefer when I can open the window. The temperature was too low. I could not find BBC News on TV.
Competitively priced The room was well equipped, in good order and spotlessly clean Comfy bed The staff were attentive and very friendly Great food Good value Meal Deal Only a short walk from the old town
The appearance of the building from the outside, being above a multi-story car park
The breakfast was good and the room was clean. I can't fault these
Iron and fridge not in the room. The facilities seems basic for the price of £79 a night
Central, easy to get into Hull from the hotel.
Everything was nice plus the whole staffs they were up to date wonderful .
Location Onsite car park
Was a bit tatty Toilet didn't flush properly Hard to control taps without water going everywhere
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lactation of the hotel is excellent, particularly for exploring the old town which we did on our second day in hull.
Only a 20min walk from the centre (staff had maps and directions if needed). Being that short distance away from the centre made a huge difference in lack of traffic and people noise.
Friendly and helpful staff Good location, with new footbridge to town centre Restaurant
Weird arrangement of a "twin room" - not twin beds but a large double and smallish single sofa bed. No razor point.
Having been Hull Born we found areas that we had never realised existed, walking on all the bridges and dock sides was lovely we went for Freedom Festival and did not need to use our car once in the three days it was a wonderful weekend enjoyed by Grandparents and two young Grandchildren
The rain on Saturday put a damper on our evening stroll to the celebrations. Apart from that we could not fault anything
people swearing at the bar in the evening
Smiley staff which are very helpful
I found the quality of food served dissappointing. The number of special offers in place makes it very confusing. Such as 2 for 1 drinks. Which is fine if there is two of you unless you are prepared to have a couple drinks sitting on the bar getting warm. Meals with or without free drinks, all in including breakfast. Etc
Fair prices. Undercover parking.
Finding out about meal deals after the event.not told at check n and paid full price for breakfast and dinner when we could have had One third discount.
Car park was a little isolated from the Hotel
Good location as very close to the Deep. Hotel was very clean and parking is good. We asked if we could leave the car in their car park to visit the aquarium. They were very kind to let us use the facility though we had checked out.
We stayed ih this hotel for one night. We have two children aged 3 and 6. Somebody from the room above us banged on the floor twice repeadetly because my kids were a bit loud (they weren't in fact!) so we found it very rude. There was no shower gel or liquid soap in the bathroom. Despite we booked a table for dinner at 7.30pm, we were told that the table hadn't been booked. However, they gave us a table, ordered the food at 7.45 and was served it at 8.30. That was a bit late and kids were starving and started getting unsettled.
The views over Hull old town. The location - walk over the bridge into the city comfortable bed
occasional noise from room above
Excellent location Superb facilities and friendly staff with quality breakfast
This time, never before - had a room looking over the main dual carriage way - it was very noisy all night.Usually stayon other side of the hotel and had no problem before.
