Staff Meal deal was great value Food was superb Ideally located for where I needed to be
First time in a Premier Inn, so was well impressed!!
The staff were very helpful gave us a lot of imformation about taxis and the cost pf them
Nothing. No problems
Uncomfortouble nights sleep.
Staff, rooms, cleanliness and nearby facilities
I was staying during a period when it was very hot and rather humid. The room was too hot for comfort, but I really did appreciate the fact that the bedroom curtains were closed to keep the afternoon sun out, and a fan was provided in the room. Not much more they could do really.
Very poor wi-fi. Good connection to their server, but only managed a page or two before the system dropped out. The free half-hour did not give me long enough to log on and look at my emails. Glad I didn't waste money paying for the service!
Staff are very helpful and friendly and the value for money was very good for a family of four for 2 nights however this type of hotel was acceptable for the purpose of our visit some where to sleep after a long day it wouldn't be my choice for a holiday hotel this hotel was ideal for the event that we were attending in the area.
No plug sockets next to the bed which meant that you couldn't have your phone next to the bed whilst charging. No ironing board or iron.
As it was very warm weather when we stayed, I particularly liked the fan in the room. The reception staff were brilliant and very helpful!
I thought the breakfast was a bit overpriced. As we live on a tight budget, we went across the road fo a "McBreakfast"......sorry!
Well positioned for travellers using ferries
Passing traffic a little noisy at certain times
Evening staff member was very friendly & polite
My son (staying in seperate room) had fan fail when turned up in middle of night (it was a very humid/hot night), when mentioned following morning was dismissed with comment that he should have sorted in middle of night, so its too late now.
All of the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They made our two night stay a pleasure.
Staff giving wrong information then being questioned in front of other guests made to feel like we had done something wrong.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean. Excellent location for what we needed
The price was rather high especially when you see the adverts for around £30 ish per night. Bit misleading.
Clean, comfort, value, location, we went for weekend. Saturday night was spoiled by staff from pub a joining the Inn being loud sitting outside from 22.30hrs till 01.25am. we was at the front of the Inn. As I REQUESTED a quite room.
Requested quite room, so if this was the best they could do then not impressed. Staff should have offered money without me having to ask for a refund and saying go see the pub manager. Pub manager needs to sort out problem as the Inn is loosing out. No face clothes, only 1 hand towel.
Does everything you need for a short stay
No safe in room
Clean, comfortable and easy, with very friendly staff. Everything you reasonably need.
The location close to where my family live and for the shopping and very friendly, personable and helpful staff
Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel because it isn't signed at all
Pleasant, helpful staff. Comfortable room with all necessary facilities. Excellent value for money.
Friendly staff from check in through to the restaurant. Great food. Lovely comfortable bed. Very quite and peaceful.
Only criticism would be: Why have disabled facilities fitted and not have walk in showers in the bathroom? My mother who is disabled could not use the bath. This should be noted to guests when booking a room for the disabled.
The receptionist on our arrival was very helpful .and the bed as always was comfy
The room looked tired .and in need of a refurbishment .Clean but tired
Bed, cheerful staff, quiet,
Room number signage inadequate Electric kettle did not turn off automatically. Fixed shower head Basin tap too fierce
It's good for what it provides and at a fair cost
I don't see why 24/7 Wi Fi cannot be included in the room rate. It irritates to pay separately.
Friendly & helpful staff, clean & tidy room.
Breakfast and freindliness of staff.
Cold tap in the bathroom was very slow.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy.
