All staff were excellent. Very friendly and informative
No hair dryer in the room. Cold water pressure in the sink in the bathroom sink was Too low.
Uncomfortable beds! Noise in the corridors and no way of contacting reception without having to get up and dressed in the early hours. Very expensive for few facilities. No hairdrier or anywhere to eat later in the evening. Couldn't even get a bag of crisps! Had to drive to ASDA
The staff were all very helpful and polite at all times, with particular commendations to Charlie on reception. I was very pleased to see a guest beer on tap.
Comfort, bed was superb, quality pillows and bedding. Slept great which is normally a problem in a strange bed.
location near to the wedding reception we were attending
the bed was uncomfortable, it was very noisy in the car park which also prevented a good nights sleep
breakfast poor dinner ok not great
The nearest to my course venue. I could walk to my course venue in Hessle and the breakfast was great.
I visited between 31st August and 3rd August and it was a bit warm in the room. An air condition system may be considered.
Staff, comfort, facilities, very clean and tidy.
location, facilities & people
Excellently cooked breakfast Practical Location for seeing Yorkshire Kids kept happy outside Helpful welcoming staff The peacocks! Clean modern room with the right facilities We slept like a log
Timescale from ordering to delivery of our breakfast Better choice of real ale (no guest beer) UHT milk with teas and coffees Bulb blown on mirror in bathroom Would have liked to have had the direct dial of the reception
Good value and more than adequate facilities. Large car park.
The friendliness of the staff - very helpful and willing
As a wheelchair user with restricted mobility, the only thing that may help is the provision of "bath boards" (boards placed over the bath to sit on) to facilitate showering more easily
Staff; Bed; Breakfast
The location was good. Buffet was good and plentiful. Staff friendly and courteous
We had to ask for a second towel, but not a problem. Breakfast buffet would be desirable. Hand held shower would be an advantage, rather than water splashing down on our head from above.
WiFi only one item and very poor connection. Room boiling hot All night road work , and we were not offered another room. The kids could not sleep
The building itself, it looks nice. The playground for the children. The restaurant just next to the hotel. The disponibility, quality and state of the cot. The fact a family of 4 with 2 young children can easily sleep in a single bedroom.
accomidation and facilities were good
could do with more milk and drinks in the room etc , also breakfast was very confusing for the staff to understand and ouselfes,we got charge 12.50 one morning and 20 80 the next for the very same breakfast , my children just had 1 bowl and cereal and a glass of fruit juice and it was 3 pound each which is ridiculously expensive ,the staff and broucher were not clear on the premier breakfast and what this entitled you too etc I have used premier inns before but feel i might not in the future as the issues with breakfast and staff ,prices we very stressfull and disturbing .
Made to feel bad that as a solo traveller I had booked a family room! When all rooms were same price. Won't be staying there again. Apparently booking. Com don't let them know how many people are staying in a room. I find that hard to believe.
the staff wqere very helpfull and polite
the heat in the room was unbearable,we had to dress and leave the room to go outdide to cool down.we had no sleep at all.
Good location - easy to find, staff helpful and friendly - we arrived at 11pm. Room clean with good bathroom. Good value for a family of four.
Room was too hot, as there is no air conditioning once the window was opened that was it!
The staff where welcoming and accommodating, location is good.
Friendly staff & good size clean room.
Contractors were working until 9pm erecting a new sign so there was a lot of noise, room was very hot despite there being a fan , air conditioning would be more beneficial , very loud snoring from the room next door so I had very little sleep . On checking out receptionist asked if we had , had a good stay so I commented on the above to which she said I could have a full refund so you can't say any fairer than that.
Location great for meetings in the area - usual high standard of Premier Inn- staff on reception erg wellcoming
Really friendly staff. Sleep guarantee. Pub next door nice atmosphere. Breakfast well worth it.
Price of the food in the pub.
The warm welcome & reception when I arrived and the wonderful courtesy & kindness shown to me by the Manageress & the staff. Truly above & beyond. Would highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone, whether they be solo, with families or otherwise.
