The hotel was friendly, clean and very comfortable. The car parking was easy, the hotel was easy to find. There was no iron to freshen my clothes. The shower in the disabled room was very poor, as a disabled person, I need to rely on the shower and was not able to. This detracted from my visit.

I had a room on the first floor & although the hotel was busy , it was quiet & peaceful-no noise from next door rooms or doors banging etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The room was spotless & décor like new. The grounds were well cared for. English breakfast was cooked freshly to order so no congealed eggs & cold bacon from a buffet. Very good value for money.

Checking in receptionist was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Problems with wi fi were handled very badly by the team. Used good sleep refund guarantee and made to feel I was lying. I have stayed at prem inn 20 times in last 2 years and this is first time I asked for money. This willed customers would have just given. Don't have a no questions or quibble free guarantee if not going to follow. Otherwise I would recommend hotel to other collegues

We travelled from Tererife to celebrate our Diamond wedding along with family and friends. Once there, our Spanish mobile phones would not function. There was no phone in the room. Relations and friends tried to contact us. We wanted to contact them - there wasn´t even a phone in the hotel for residents use! This making it a problem to make arrangements with people. We are 80 and 78 years old. We dread to think what would have happened had I, who has suffered three strokes, or my wife who has heart problems had been taken ill. Who could we have phoned whether within the hotel or friends for assisstance?

Clean rooms and a nice pub next door The only ting that let it down was the tiny 14 inch tv laid in bed we cud hardly see it. Upgrades to larger flat screens are a must.

Beckie served me and she could not of been any more helpful. She exceeded my expectations as a customer. I think she could teach other staff how to not just give great service but to really go that extra mile. She left a great impression on me and my boyfriend. I was concerned that my boyfriend had hurt his back and I asked her about how many steps it was. She was so helpful explaining about what's available because we didn't know he would have a bad back when we booked a room. She offered us extra pillows and was so understanding. She needs to be kept in the company. The other staff member he ignored us when we arrived and then told us we would have to wait for Beckie for some unknown reason. That annoyed me but Beckie was so great.

This was my first stay at a Premier Inn and I must say I was very impressed.I Was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and speedily checked in. My room had everything I needed, the hotel is set in nice woodland just off the main road, and within an easy drive of Hull city centre , and the motorway. The adjoining Pub did good pub grub , with a different help yourself buffet each evening. All in all a fine hotel , in a good location
