we had no problems
girl on reception was very helpfull
Good location quite
Always clean & comfortable bed
Compared to some premier inns this is dated & in need of an upgrade
needs a refurb
Every thing thank you and your staff in the inn and restraunt
I have stayed in Premier Inns several times before whilst working and as always found it just what was needed. We were attending a funeral, this was the closest to the church and the atmosphere in the restaurant in the evening helped to lift our spirits after a very distressful day.
The staff were fantastic, Kay & Maria went out of their way to help me after my phone failed and I needed directions to get to a church for a family members funeral, also the food was very good and the breakfast was excellent,I'm coming back down to hull in feb 2015 I know we're ill be staying
Brewers Fayre, great staff and great food. Pleasure to eat here.
Complained about lack of sleep caused by poor pillows with a thickness of a cheap napkin. Got 2 more pillows as well. Good nights sleep guaranteed? Not a chance in hell. Refund for the first night on this guarantee, not a chance in hell again. Next time its off to the Holiday Inn.
Peaceful nights sleep good food good staff great for viewing Humber Bridge
small car park area
Simple and convenient for a one night stay, which was all that required this time.
No telephone/intercom in the room. Few people want a telephone for outside calls now, as they use mobiles, but it was a long walk from the room to reception to make any request. An internal telephone or intercom would make requests much simpler. I have never before stayed in a hotel which did not have a telephone to contact reception.
The staff were fantastic, very helpful & polite.
Comfortable bed and quiet location.
big rooms very comfortable beds. very clean
Couldn't find fault with anything the room and facilities were excellent the staff very friendly and helpful
There was nothing to dislike and would highly recommend this Premier Inn
All staff were excellent. Very friendly and informative
No hair dryer in the room. Cold water pressure in the sink in the bathroom sink was Too low.
Uncomfortable beds! Noise in the corridors and no way of contacting reception without having to get up and dressed in the early hours. Very expensive for few facilities. No hairdrier or anywhere to eat later in the evening. Couldn't even get a bag of crisps! Had to drive to ASDA
The staff were all very helpful and polite at all times, with particular commendations to Charlie on reception. I was very pleased to see a guest beer on tap.
Comfort, bed was superb, quality pillows and bedding. Slept great which is normally a problem in a strange bed.
location near to the wedding reception we were attending
the bed was uncomfortable, it was very noisy in the car park which also prevented a good nights sleep
breakfast poor dinner ok not great
The nearest to my course venue. I could walk to my course venue in Hessle and the breakfast was great.
I visited between 31st August and 3rd August and it was a bit warm in the room. An air condition system may be considered.
Staff, comfort, facilities, very clean and tidy.
