all disability comfort and cleanliness.
Poor Wi-Fi speed in hotel and restaurant
Cheerful staff and helpful. Clean and good value for money.
Close to where we wanted to be to attend a wedding. In room 220 which was very quiet and did not hear other guests.
Macdonalds sign very big and bright at night. Slept with curtains open to allow air to circulate but the sign was overpowering.
clean room comfy bed swift check in
The Brampton hut next door gets very very busy - make sure you book a table if you wish to eat there. 30mins wait for food to be served
The convenience and being next to the pub and mcdonalds. Also facilities in room.
The height of the main bed. There were two singles squashed into our room for four which was fine but I am not talk and have a knee injury... Getting in and out of bed was difficult and painful . Room also very hot.
We always choose premier inn and don't stay in any other chain of hotels
very clean and good accommodation

Does what it says on the Tin
Premier Inn guarantees you a good nights sleep and I definitely got that. I stay in a lot of hotels and find it hard to sleep. The receptionist fulfilled my request for a quiet room, so will definitely stay in a premier inn where I can again.
Would like a choice if different thickness if pillows but I am being really picky.
Clean room and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
Nice location with good facilities and comfort.
The restaurant isn't very clean. It needs more cleaning. The room cleaning service has to be more efficient.
Ideal for short break
Bad mobile reception not premier fault. But not have land line in room or reception. Definatley Premier in fault
Location and breakfast.
Could have been cheaper.
Getting a refund for not having a guaranteed good nights sleep.
No Air Con considering room temperature 26 degrees. Noisy Fan which not cool the room any. Brewers Fayre next door more expensive for breakfast than tabletable
Location, cleanliness simplicity.
The horrible Brewer's Fayre next door. We arrived after a long journey and were pleased to see a 'steak house' next door. We went in, it was 1/4 full but we were told we would have to wait an hour for food!!! It was not clean, dirty plates were left on the table and we had a very very expensive glass of plonk!!!!!
Nice place to stop-over, but not much to do in the area, it is mostly industrial and military. The hotel is good for the money, room is very clean, quite large, breakfast quite good, easy to get to.
not much to do in the area, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.
The beds were really comfy, staff were lovely and helpful good breakfast
Poor menu for evening meal at Bewters Farye had to go to mc Donald's
The staff, food and bed!
Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.
Large clean room. Really comfy bed. Excellent shower. Well stocked refreshments. Friendly helpful staff. Located next to a restaurant that served great food at reasonable prices.
A little difficult to find as located within Services. Could do with a 'Premier Inn' sign with arrow next to the 'Services' sign.
Clean and comfortable.
The room was far too hot. The window only opened a small fraction and the fan that was in the room just blew hot air about.
Great location for Huntingdon and couldn't get a better price
Check in is supposed to be 2pm however when we tried to check in at this time our rooms weren't ready we had booked 5 rooms in total for a wedding which was at 4pm so we needed to check in straight away after a stressfull 20 mins we got checked in but not what we really wanted because then we all ran late for the wedding. Be warned service at the restaurant is bad I think they may be understaffed as on both mornings we had to wait for cups to be replenished as well as breakfast items, we thought that the first morning was because we were eating close to shut off but then the following morning we arrived earlier and the same thing not the staffs fault as they were helpful and friendly enough.
Reception, cleanliness and orderly layout of room.
Nothing to mention
