The beds were really comfy, staff were lovely and helpful good breakfast
Poor menu for evening meal at Bewters Farye had to go to mc Donald's
The staff, food and bed!
Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.
Large clean room. Really comfy bed. Excellent shower. Well stocked refreshments. Friendly helpful staff. Located next to a restaurant that served great food at reasonable prices.
A little difficult to find as located within Services. Could do with a 'Premier Inn' sign with arrow next to the 'Services' sign.
Clean and comfortable.
The room was far too hot. The window only opened a small fraction and the fan that was in the room just blew hot air about.
We all enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn. Very comfortable beds and extremely quiet. We also had our carvery lunch, evening meal and fabulous breakfast the following morning, nothing to complain about at all.
very friendly staff. very clean. good food well presented. Immediate credit given for failing to meet claim of a comfortable night.
inability to control heat in room. no sleep of note on either night, due to temperature being 28 deg. and 26 deg. respectively.
Rooms attached resturant
On a lorry park rooms very very hot
premier inn service and quility
breakfast a bit pricey for 2 ok if you have children
Staff very friendly & helpful, had a 7.5 ton truck which they let me park around the back for free (didn't have to), instead of paying to park in the truck stop, room excellent, very quiet and clean. Breakfast was fantastic literally all you can eat. Never stayed in a Premier Inn before, but will defiantly again.
Friendly staff and ver comfortable bed.
The location was quite difficult to find because of a lack of signing.
Reception staff very friendly and informative. Room clean, comfortable and big.
Bed was a bit squeaky and engines running outside from parked lorries during night so had to close window so was a bit warm.
Nice selection for breakfast. Comfortable & clean room
Hotel was very badly signposted from the A14. Also the breakfast room was in another building. OK if the weather is good but otherwise....!
The rooms were very clean,
The rooms were far too warm, no air conditioning, which made it too hot to sleep. Two nights with no sleep ruined our our stay. The window only opened a couple of inches which then made it very stuffy.
We found it was difficult to find! A taller 'Premier Inn' sign post at location would have been more helpful. Even a name on the 'Services' sign would have helped!
Comfortable bed. Clean and fresh.
Window would only open a cracking. Very hot night and no air con. Uncomfortable to sleep. .
not enough towels no tea/coffee provided in room
Our 3rd stay here. Easy to find, just off the main highway. Spacious room, bathroom with bath, and large very comfortable bed. Next door restaurant provides excellent choice for evening meal and breakfast. Staff always pleasant and helpful.
Limited free wifi.
Good bed and bathroom
Far to hot in room and corridors
Room clean and tidy. Everything you need. Staff on desk friendly Breakfast staff was bit slow on coming to take order. We were one of the last in so it was pratically empty apart from 2 other tables. Husband had to go find someone to order as we were sat for about 15 mins waiting..
we were visiting our daughter so this hotel is perfect for what we want
Pub next door was nice
The rooms were ridiculously hot, it was impossible to sleep. We did stay during a particularly hot and humid period, though on the top floor especially the rooms were impossible to cool down.
Standard Premier Inn
No Aircon and as with all hotels could not open windows to let air in so hot, hot, hot
Friendly reception staff who made me feel really welcome; a well appointed clean room, thoughtfully designed with plenty of sockets, a proper desk to enable me to work and a well-lit mirror provided for the hairdyer.
