Comfort of bed Size of room Breakfast - selection & quantity So convenient (just across the road) to the Central Line Car-parking (if required)
The room thermostat seemed a bit haphazard - each time it was turned up, it very shortly "re-set" itself. 90% of the time this probably wouldn't be important, but the outside temp. was bitterly cold during our stay.
We had everything we needed for an overnight stay
Can't think of anything
The staff are great
I booked on line and it said £111.75 Breakfast is included in the room rate. When I arrived I was charged £120.50
It was quiet and convenient to get into London.
bed breakfast politeness of staff quietness of room
couldn't work out how to adjust room temperature (own fault, should have asked)
The room was well laid out and the beds were comfortable. Staff were generally helpful
Breakfast service was really bad. We waited for about 45 minutes to be served when all we had was english breakfast. The staff at reception said that breakfast would be refunded so we will wait and see.
bed so comfortable rooms spacious and very clean staff pleasant location good
breakfast a bit slow but good value if you are a family
The menu is really good as is the food. Breakfast was 1st class as was the waitress. Ideal for London trips and business.
Please rename it as Premier Inn Redbridge, not Ilford.
Drinking water should provide. coffee. micro wave in the room. small fridge . breakfast should include. best restaurant's list should be there.
drinking water from the toilet taps. tv programmes. sound from out side. breakfast options
I can tell you nothing was to much trouble, even if you had no problems they checked and checked again just to make sure. Also smiles very important and not one person had a bland face.
The room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. Especially the staff in the morning buffet were extremely friendly. The hotel is located a good distance from Ilford central but the underground is located close by so you can bee in central London in about 20 min.
That you should pay for internet - it should be included in the price.
Good location. Free parking and next to train station. Ideal location for coming on car.
Bath room fan did a terrible noise. Looks like it is a common problem for Premier INN hotels. Although hotel description has a pool in fact there is no pool.
Convenient location for visiting London attractions if travelling from outside Good location for transport to other parts of London. Breakfast facilities very good without having to leave hotel building as in some other budget hotels
Poor service in the Red House pub and restaurant attached for evening meals and drinks. 3 storey hotel without lifts Not good for less able or mobile people
We stayed for 3night with a 3yr old and an 87yr old and the staff was fantastic, the rooms were great and location was fab right next door to a tube station.
staff excellent and very helpful
Beef-eater excellent for breakfast but only ok for evening service.
The kindness of the staff (especially Sue, thank you for your help and my kids will always have a good souvenir of you!), the location close to the underground station.
The fire alarm at 11pm!
Comfortable beds, constant hot water, clean rooms & friendly staff.
No air conditioning - you advertise that it is important to have noise control at a level so that your guests can have a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately my family and I found it very difficult to sleep as the rooms at one stage were at 30 degrees C at around 3am on Friday night Sat morning and it was not much different on the Sat night, making it very uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep, we also had the window in the room left open and as it is situated beside a very busy roundabout that does not rest at night it might be worth while looking at the hotels located near very busy roads at the night time and putting air con into these hotels first. Also During the summer months there should be bottled water supplied in the rooms, I know that there is a vending machine downstairs but that would mean getting dressed to go down stairs to get something from it. It might be an idea to put a vending machine on each floor of the hotel.
Staff very friendly
No Air con, the rooms were 29-30 degrees during the night so impossible to actually sleep
Staff were friendly and very helpful and the location was perfect for us. The continental breakfast is very good with an excellent choice of fruit and top quality yogurt. The waitress made porridge for my husband both mornings which was much appreciated
The hotel is in need of some modernising and really should have a lift. We were on the second floor and it was quite an effort getting our cases up.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was a little noisy as it's right next to a busy roundabout however, with the window closed it was barely heard. If you wanted the window open for ventilation noise might become a problem!
Very close to London tube station. Car park facilities very good for London. Breakfast cooked to order.
Could have done with more milk satchets in the room but no biggy.
Location, cleanliness, and staff were excellent. Would definately recommend.
Clean , friendly staff,
Located near a very busy road , noisy, very hot .
Absolutely nothing, disliked it on sight.
The male receptionist insisted that I produce my passport when I was paying cash, makes no sense!! I was given a room adapted for wheelchair use on the ground floor, it was dark and dreary and cold!!! I checked in late and the windows were still open would have needed heat although month of May!! The office was behind my bed and I could clearly hear the phone ringing and all subsequent phone calls, nothing short of a nightmare. Got no sleep, Premier Inns have a policy that if you do not get a good night's sleep they will refund the charge. I paid Stg 98 but the receptionist didn't give all of it, he said he didn't have the cash in the office!!! Would not recommend this hotel, it was awful.
Very pleasant staff, good clean rooms..excellent staff and food at breakfast
