brill location, lovely friendly staff, nice bar where children are welcome if you want a nightcap. rooms big and clean and very comfortable.
just a minor thing but i was a bit disappointed that there was no balcony access on the river view rooms.
Midday check out and brilliant position for the short walk to the town centre. All the staff we encountered were pleasant.
We liked everything!
Good location for the river walk and main sites. Comfortable bed as in all Premier Inns. Extensive breakfast.
automated check in system is really annoying when you have just arrived stressed from negotiating the roadworks and one way system! A lady was on reception and if she had just been as delightful and helpful as she was after we had checked in - before we used the machine - all would have been well. Just needs a bit of re-thinking. Veggie sausages should be available at breakfast rather than have to ask for them.
the hotel is located riverside ,the room lovely bathroom fabulous .restaurant excellent.
we couldn't fault it.
Hotel looked after us - felt personal. Allowed us to store luggage after booking out until following evening.
was not able to access to wifi at first
A well-located hotel on the banks of the Ness, only 5 minutes from the town centre. Modern and well-equipped. Cheerful, enthusiastic staff.
For a budget chain hotel it was expensive, and breakfast was extra
Brilliant location Great room with a view Helpful staff Good night's sleep Super breakfast
Disruption regarding Inverness flood precautions - but Premier can't help that
Clean, quiet and good location. Small parking lot, we used the church's lot about a block away and had no problems. A Tesco is next door, which is handy. Definitely a good choice for us.
I just love the way the rooms are so big and the beds are so comfortable and inverness premier inn was great we had the best view straight on to the river cant fault staff they are so nice we will be back next year
just wish the car park was bigger thats all
Very clean hotel. Good restaurant. Nice and big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Excellent big bathroom. Nicely decorated.
No free Wifi!!!! That's a terrible disadvantage!!!! No mini bar in the room either.
comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, good location within walking distance of restaurants/pubs etc
not enough parking spaces, had problems paying with VISA card which was accepted everywhere else.
The location was excellent. We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to go in Inverness. There was even a grocery behind the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were terrific. The restaurant had excellent food and the service was good. We ate dinner there 4 nights of the five we were at the hotel just because the menu was extensive and the food was delicious.
We can think of nothing that we didn't like.
restaurant staff, Jeff in particular, was excellent. Good central location near to restaurants
lack of parking and lack of notice when booking that there were major roadworks in the area
The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were greeted by a trainee who was chatty and helpful, he was supported by his colleague. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped for an over night stay. Didn't use the bar or restaurant but they looked welcoming. The hotel has a quiet time from 10pm-7am which meant we got a peaceful night's sleep.
Not a great view as there was work being done to the roads and river banks but nothing that could have been helped.
location is very good.
We booked five room. They made us to wait more than 30 minutes to complete check-in.
All of the staff were excellent!
The noise of seagulls!!! But you get them everywhere in Inverness. Not the fault of the Premier Inn!!
Good location close to the center and a supermarket. Room is clean and bed is good. Breakfast is also satisfying.
There were not so much parking space at the hotel, but we still found some parking space along a street a bit ahead (now the street before the hotel is under construction)
Town centre location and buffet breakfast
Parking a joke..toilet cistern running constantly..tv controls extremely limited..checkout at noon but badgered twice by cleaner and had an unannounced visit by a plumber welll before that...window and balcony glass very dirty..
Proximity to the river
Seagulls and their muck
Value for money location easy check in and out
Loved the location, the staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable
I was surprised that we had to pay for wifi. I think internet access should be complimentary for guests (as it is in most hotels I have stayed in). Also, I was a little concerned about there not being a phone in the room. For safety reasons there should be phones in the rooms (international travellers often do not have cell phones). What if someone was sick and needed help, or needed to call 999.
The spacious rooms and the quality of the breakfast. The staff very helpful and friendly.
Lack of Parkin spaces.
Sending instructions/directions updated for roadworks. Situation terrific. Suited us , granny daughter and 16 month grandson.
Would love a small fridge in room for milk ect for toddler .
