Room = ok, breakfast = ok, size = very ok, personell = av. cindly
Lift = very small, only one = av. waiting too long
Good sized room with extra comfortable bed and pillows, had a great sleep also asked for veggie sausages and got lovely quorn ones. Good breakfast. Enjoyed stay very much would definitely stay again. Staff great too.
Room keys did not work very much, apparently there were problems! Ours stopped working even although we kept them away from phones, coins etc. Breakfast coffee could be better but minor gripe. Great hotel.
Very comfortable and clean and quiet city centre location. Staff very welcoming. Good choice of food. Overall good value for money.
At present major roadworks prevent easy access to this Hotel. Considerable difficulty was experienced to get to it. Obviously, all will be well when the roadworks are completed.
Staff were excellent. Meals were very good. Room was clean and quiet.
Parking was a bit of a problem due to lack of spaces. However nearby parking was available.
Location handy to the city & the castle. Right on the river.
Construction works right out the front of the hotel made access a bit difficult but not too bad. There was no early morning noise, which was a relief. Checking in is pretty clinical & not particularly warm but as a place to stay for the night it's ok. If you're wanting a personal touch, perhaps look elsewhere.
Very positive staff New hotel so everything was new very centrally located
No telephone and refrigerator
Perectly situuated for a visit to this lovely city. Good choice of food. Very helpful staff. Room with a great view of river, bridges and the castle.
Locality and convenience to amenities good parking walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sites to see
brill location, lovely friendly staff, nice bar where children are welcome if you want a nightcap. rooms big and clean and very comfortable.
just a minor thing but i was a bit disappointed that there was no balcony access on the river view rooms.
Midday check out and brilliant position for the short walk to the town centre. All the staff we encountered were pleasant.
We liked everything!
Good location for the river walk and main sites. Comfortable bed as in all Premier Inns. Extensive breakfast.
automated check in system is really annoying when you have just arrived stressed from negotiating the roadworks and one way system! A lady was on reception and if she had just been as delightful and helpful as she was after we had checked in - before we used the machine - all would have been well. Just needs a bit of re-thinking. Veggie sausages should be available at breakfast rather than have to ask for them.
the hotel is located riverside ,the room lovely bathroom fabulous .restaurant excellent.
we couldn't fault it.
Hotel looked after us - felt personal. Allowed us to store luggage after booking out until following evening.
was not able to access to wifi at first
A well-located hotel on the banks of the Ness, only 5 minutes from the town centre. Modern and well-equipped. Cheerful, enthusiastic staff.
For a budget chain hotel it was expensive, and breakfast was extra
Fantastic staff Clean rooms Good breakfast Easy check-in
Horrible parking No face cloths (a North American thing, apparently) Really, really bad parking
Convenient location for all city centre activities. Friendly staff. Plenty of information given on arrival. Large rooms. Very clean.
Swipe card accesses for all doors is inconvenient when loaded with luggage. Not enough car parking for size of hotel.
Good breakfast Helpful staff (parking!) Short way to centre
Terrible parking situation (road closed, constructipn)
Everything other than
the fact that if you were not well timed , your vehicle would spend the night on the street and although this is quite normal in Europe , having come from countries which this is a no no, and the fact that if your car get damaged or broken and you have definite deadlines to meet having to wait for a replacement car from a hire company, excess and paperwork , could seriously derail your holiday.
Brilliant location Great room with a view Helpful staff Good night's sleep Super breakfast
Disruption regarding Inverness flood precautions - but Premier can't help that
Reception Staff Location Cleanliness of rooms
Parking Restaurant closed earlier than advertised
Clean, quiet and good location. Small parking lot, we used the church's lot about a block away and had no problems. A Tesco is next door, which is handy. Definitely a good choice for us.
I just love the way the rooms are so big and the beds are so comfortable and inverness premier inn was great we had the best view straight on to the river cant fault staff they are so nice we will be back next year
just wish the car park was bigger thats all
Very clean hotel. Good restaurant. Nice and big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Excellent big bathroom. Nicely decorated.
No free Wifi!!!! That's a terrible disadvantage!!!! No mini bar in the room either.
