Location Cleaniness Big Rooms and Bathroom
Very lited Parking.
Everything was perfect. First time in the premier inn net and will repeat it. Highly recommended. The hotel is New, comfortable, very well localed. Great experience!!!
Perfect location, very clean, quiet, staff excellent, food good.
Air conditioning - whilst eating in the restaurant it was very cold no matter which area you were seated in, which I am sure must have made the food get cold quicker!
Outside pavement alterations. Not your fault !
Location was handy to downtown.
Heat and A/C has to be activated from front desk. No telephones in room so have to walk to desk to beg for heat. How do you get help without room telephones? No Kleenex in rooms. Obviously extremely cheap management style. Never again!
Restaurant, staff, rooms and location.
We stayed for four nights. The food was good and the restaurant staff were excellent. It was a real pleasure to stay there.
Parking was a bit awkward as theer were not enough spaces for everyone. I parked at the close-by supermarket, about a one minute walk.
Huge bedroom with loads of space for the kids and luggage, great breakfast and really handy location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful
No complaints-would definitely stay here again.
Location ideal for our needs central for dverything
This hotel had pretty much all you would expect from a chain hotel. But no more.
Too expensive. No phone in the room, which was a hassle considering the key card kept malfunctioning.
Slow breakfast service
Rooms were very clean, no disturbed sleep and a good breakfast with friendly staff
The lack of parking spaces and the cost if you managed to get a space at the hotel.Although the staff did advise us on the best parking in the area
The fact my colleagues who booked after got a cheaper rate
Right across the street from downtown with a supermarket right out the back door. Very helpful staff.
No phone in the room so no wake up calls, and had to go physically down to the lobby when I needed help.
no iron in room.
Very close to the city centre.
Car park is too expensive and very small.
I liked everything including the breakfast and dinner the staff were very good and we enjoyed ourselves
I thought it a bit odd that although my friend and I through booking with booking ,com that we got a invalid room when there were plenty of standard rooms available and also that the room was furthest from the lift and on the top floor, but it was fine
Sorry didn't get his name but the young guy on reception was fantastic and if we get the same nothing is too much bother attitude when we stay in the one in London we will be extremely happy. Please find out who was on duty when we checked in and praise him.
No iron and board or bar fridge in the room.
Modern clean and spacious room. Very nice food and helpful staff. We had the meal deal which was very good value.
Having to pay 10 pounds to park, I did not see that anywhere when I booked. It just says parking available.
Location. Staff. Great breakfasts. Relaxing lounge area.
all the facilities, close to city centre,
lack of parking facilities.
Good location. Quiet, safe, clean. Decent breakfast, bar and basic dinner if wanted.
Little charm. No frills. Two people in room - one hand towel given.
The cleanliness and the location. The staff were most helpful - especially the female manager. The Inn is very convenient for the shops, restaurants (try the pub down the road) and for riverside walks. A wonderful city to visit.
