It was right next to the river - lovely to see the lights on the bridge at night - it was just next to the centre - the walk by the river was beautiful. Could have done with more than two sachets of coffee in the room as I like it strong - it did say you could ask for more but I didn't like to.

We liked having a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Having to pay for internet after using the free 30 minutes.

The hotel location is excellent. It faces the Loch Ness. Beautiful scenery. There are good restaurants and Tesco Sipermarket are within walking distance. The room is very spacious for our family of four. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is spotless clean. The breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly too Nothing

Location and friendly staff. The baths with showers over them become VERY slippery and pose a risk of injury to the user due to the possibility of an uncontrolled fall.

1. Courteous and friendly staff 2. Clean and functional rooms 3. Great Breakfast 1. It is more ideal for the business traveller. A no frills great experience for a day or two. Might not be "the" hotel for a couple or family who might want to spend a 7 day vacation - might get boring. In short more "functional" than "cosy"

The Premier Inn is consistently a great place to stay. This was our third experience ( previously Rugeley and Glasgow) The breakfasts are really convenient and tasty and the staff have always been very helpful. Location was wonderful.

Close to city center, bus line and within walking distance of train station. Nice room view of River Ness. Good, reasonably priced continental breakfast. Our room was opposite the main door for our floor and it would close loudly every time it was opened - could have had a better mechanism for a softer closing.

Staff were fantastic. Agnieszka, a room cleaning team supervisor, had a travel cot for our baby organised for us and in place in the time it took for us to go up the lift and find our room. Absolutely amazing! N/A

We enjoyed the experience it was our first time at a Premier Inn. We are both deaf abd the staff in Inverness were very helpful. I told one that I would write both to the local Inn and Headquarters to express our gratitude for our stay in Inverness. Many thanks

the rooms were new and celan but very sparse. there was no toliet paper in my bathroom and no tissues. No toiletries just soap dispensers. They have a 24 hour help line on the phone but no-one every answered it when I rang so i had to walk down to the lobby and wait till the sole receptionist dealt with all the other people there. I would not stay there again.
