Being charged for two rooms
Maggie the waitress in the Thyme restaurant who was so cheerful and provided an excellent service.
On arrival at 4.30pm only one bedroom was available as the second was being cleaned. An alternate bedroom was given with the reassurance this would be a quiet room as requested. The following morning due to traffic noise my sister / brother in law requested to move to a quiet room as previously booked .This was immediately done.
All in A1*******
Third time here and fantastic for comfort and service.
They allowed me to check in at 12 noon after my flight, very helpful.
Very clean very comfy beds sleept well no hassle very friendly
Had a wonderful night room spotless, bed very comfortable, slept like a log decor very nice would recomend to anyone
The night we stayed the bottom floor had been flooded and breakfast was not available . but we were given the option of transport to another sister hotel.
Would stay there again so clean and not to far to the town centre
We always go to the Premier Inn for the friendly staff the food the cleanliness and also a great nights sleep.
The resturant and bar area had been flooded prior to our visit it was on the web site but we didn't notice it. So no food or drinks we were disappointed. The receptionist was great and sorted us out with a place for dinner and breakfast was at the Riverside Premier Inn Inverness. So everything was all goodj in the end.
What is there not to like
Very comfortable, good location, very pleasant staff
Unfortunately, the restaurant had been badly damaged in a flash flood and we were unable to access any food facilities. We were offered a taxi across town to another Premier Inn, but this wasn't much use to us due to time constraints. I asked for and was given some extra tea bags :) All in all, we coped by bringing in some "instant" breakfast items as the hotel had let us know in advance about the problem.
Great area for staying as within walking distance of the town great little bar&good food, husband&I have stayed here a couple of times before
Didn't get any sleep at all through having noisy neighbours this is the first time this has happened to me as my husband&i have stayed here a couple of times before plus we were in a quiet zone of the hotel, they had no consideration of others staying in the hotel
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. great breakfast
I liked the fact that the hotel staff were as attentive, caring and helpful as they always try to be in Premier Inns. The room was immaculately clean and the bed very comfortable.
The location isn't too good at the moment due to substantial road works directly outside the hotel but I'm sure that problem will disappear in time. Also the fact that you have to go outside and round the building to get to the dining area for breakfast. Not good on a wet and windy day!
Asking for ironing board only too happy to oblige. The adjoining restaurant has the loveliest staff we have encountered!!
Room was clean, Nice bar and restaurant attached!
Was a bit pricey! Room very warm!
Very quiet at night. Dinner and breakfasts good staff friendly and helpfull
The great staff -so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Can't praise them highly enough. Comfy beds, good food, good location. Superb bath, lots of hot water and grab rails.
Lack of closed in wardrobes and limited drawer space.
staff very friendly and helpful we booked disabled room as iam waiting for surgery it was 100 percent excellent comfortable and it suit all my needs thank you
Quiet room in the annexe Comfortable bed Helpful staff
Rooms were clean, bathroom clean, quiet location; friendly staff, restaurant on the property. All-in-all a nice experience
a bit of a walk into town.
Location, comfort and ease of premises makes this a great place to stay in Inverness.
Good location for traveling north. Great restaurant.
Poor room design - had to be careful not to leave bathroom door open after showering or the steam would trigger the smoke alarm.
Clean comfortable room and good restaurant .
Price was expensive for a premier inn but then it was summer season in the highlands.
