Very good sound isolation so although next to a busy road, you don't get disturbed by the noise. Close to city centre and easy to get on the A9. Very friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant. On a busy road close to the Eastgate shopping centre, but not really practical to walk to centre.

Easy parking, friendly staff, near to facilities/shops Thought it very mean to charge £3.00 to use Wi-Fi after 30mins - other hotels have cheaper rooms and free wi-fi

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms, hallways and general cleaning was excellent! Nice smell everywhere. There is a big Morrisons supermarket nearby with meals and breakfast. Very convenient free parking. Lack of microwave and fridge, but it is a standard at Premier Inn. A little far from the train station to go walking (not impossible), but it is a short taxi ride from the hotel to the station and city centre.

In general everything was as I expected . Unfortunately we were in room 17 which was clean and adequate except!! The metal bed springs on both sides of the bed felt and sounded as if they were broken! The slightest movement resulted in large spring noises. This did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. We only stayed 1 night.

Much better than the last time we visited the premier in Bathgate last year, (october) where we did not get a good nights sleep, or our money back even after making complaints about the party next to us and across the landing from our room. What didn't you like? .................... this wont be followed up by anybody, because nobody did after our experience last year,

The room was immaculate comfortable. A nice hot bath was very welcome after a day of travel!! Breakfast was very tasty and served by very friendly efficient staff. The heating was difficult to regulate and with outside temperatures of zero, a warmer room would have been welcomed.

I like the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the comfort of the room, and the fact that because I was running the marathon on Sunday I was able to have an early breakfast. The price was higher than normal because of the marathon and the number of people staying in Inverness that weekend.
