We liked the fact that the resturant was part of the hotel, not a separate pub lunch type |

Ideal location, very close to A9 and only a 10 minute walk into the city. We found the staff in all areas to be very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel facilities were of a good standard - the bar and restaurant area was relaxing and inviting, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and as we were due an initial early start on our first morning (5am), our party had their breakfasts supplied to the rooms by the night porter. |

One of the lady at the front desk (did not catch the name) was very helpful, esp. with places to go and so forth... Also pull together the kids bed whilst we were out for dinner. It was also within convinient walking distance (~10mins) into town itself. |

Cleanliness and restaurant facilities Although called Inverness Centre, it was not anywhere near the centre of Inverness. Had we known we would not have booked. |

good location in regard to inverness city centre during our stay the room above ours was very noisy due to inadequate sound proofing between the floors. This meant that both my wife and myself were unable to sleep and made for a very uncomfortable night. |

Good service especially in the restaurant. Good food. Walking distance of city centre and proximity to places of interest - cairngorms, loch ness, etc. It's immediate location; opposite an industrial area, railway and busy road, made it rather noisy. |

The on site restaurant was modern and pleasant to eat in. The staff were efficient and the food suprisingly very good and good value for money. We would recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. Unfortunately we were given a room over some king of engine room and were kept awake most of the night by the noise. We have taken this up with the hotel and expect a refund. |
