Other than the mattress every thing was fine
The mattress on the bed sagged into the middle and had seen better days. The shower is not suitable for anyone who is disabled.
It was clean, and there is a market nearby and a shared pub next door.
The room smelled strongly of deoderiser, was noisy and just average - good to sleep in if exhausted!
The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic
Excellent service; staff very polite and friendly. Staff tend to know the area very well and recommended where to go. The room was a very nice size, had plenty of room. We had a peaceful and decent night's sleep. I highly recommend the hotel.
Where the hotel was located. It was very easy to find but a bit of a hassle to go into the town and return to the hotel by car.
This is the second time I have used Premier Inn Inverness East, the location is good for everything, next to motorway, shopping parks. The staff are always very helpful in anything you need.
The hotel is getting a little outdated and needs freshening up. One thing I like is a good shower, my room did not have this.
Comfortable bed. Closeness to hospital and retail park.
Noise from corridor and floor above. Room needed aired. Chipped bath.
No surprises. Standards just as we had expected.
Having to wait ages for food in the restaurant
Quiet hotel, with a good availability of parking. The pub nearby serves good food if you don't want to go out. The highway is on the back (but no noises) so if you visit the countryside you get out of the city very quickly
Please note that the hotel is far from the city centre. If you have a car it is perfect.
WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE, STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY, MEALS WERE SUPERB.
Nothing we didnt like.
Premier inn is the standard for budget hotels, good rooms but minimal services
The price was ridiculous and the excuse that it is seasonal means I won't stay there again!
The location was brilliant for us to get about - you definately would need a car though.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was awful, food tasteless and not value for money
Food in restaurant was superb
Friendly staff, restaurant next door Good size room, clean, comfortable. Parking available.
Many one way streets in Inverness, hard time finding hotel.
a bit pricey
location was near to all the places we wanted to visit , nice pub next door
Service was excellent; nothing was any trouble for the staff. Always greeted with a smile
The bedroom, bed and toilet facilities were good and we had a good night's sleep.
This premier inn needs to be modernised and painted. It is starting to look old and tired and not like the newer ones, which is understandable. The food in the evening was good but the breakfast was bland, we had a full cooked breakfast and I cannot say I could recommend this. For a couple staying the cost of staying in a premier inn is not cheap and you can actually stay in really nice hotels cheaper now. It will probably still be fine for families but certainly not for couples or for folk travelling on their own. The charges need to be reviewed to attract this type of traveller or premier inns will lose out on a lot of business.
All staff very friendly and polite (despite being apparently understaffed in restaurant)
Lack of air conditioning. Poor range of choice for continental breakfast. Poor water pressure in shower
Good location, food good next door, no issues getting a table both in the morning or evening. Bathroom very clean and rooms fairly standard but good enough for the price.
Beds and pillows to hard, noisy front room.
Having to pay for extra wi-fi time
Plenty car parking. Reception always manned. Staff knowledgable of area. Handy Brewers Fayre next door. Breakfast staff were exceptionally efficient and cheerful!
Double bed uncomfortable. Bathroom clean but tired looking.
I liked its proximity to the roads leading to Culloden, Nairn, Elgin. Also liked that a fan had been put in the room due to the high temperatures being experienced.
The restaurant attached to the premier inn is terrible. Its ok for breakfast, but not an evening meal.
Friendly staff and the food at the Brewer's Fayre next door is excellent.
The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They are way too soft. It was expensive the night we were there - £115 for a family room.
Convenient for a/p
No wi-fi Breakfast
Cosy room, choice of pillow fab.
