it is getting tired ne eds update
Nice big comfy bed having a restaurant next door with a meal deal was great. All staff were friendly and approachable.
Having only 30 mins free wifi was disappointing for our teenage daughter.
Easy to locate, and had everything you needed to hand, staff had a very welcoming manner and nothing was a problem and we're willing to help anytime day or night. Premises was lovely and clean and fresh.
Our only fault was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable that we were up and down all night for the 2 nights we stayed as we couldn't get comfortable and never got much sleep.
We made a mistake with our booking,, however the girl on reception sorted it all with a cheery smile, excellent service.
Breakfast menu was good, dinner menu was pretty average. The beds were comfortable and the place clean.
Only has their own eatery within walking distance. Better suited for business travelers.
There was no noise level on the bottom floor although there was a big new construction going on outside which was great. There was also a bible in the room and I hope that long may this continue and not to give in to all the secular voices that call for there removal.Queen Victoria on being asked what made Britain great, she replied lifting her bible, this book if you live by it is what gives Britain her greatness. The ladies at reception were excellent and are a credit to your frontline staff and should be commended for their efficiency and professionalism. The same applies for the ladies cleaning the rooms and the young lad painting the skirting boards
It would be nice to have some biscuits in the room.
not a lot
being charged for a computer booking system which keeps defaulting to the start without confirmation of booking
Good selection ar breakfast
Starting with the location, apparently there are several premier inns in inverness, one has to be careful which was booked, so they dont end up at the wrong one(like me) internet was not free except for the first 30 Minutes breakfast not included aswell, but with a big selection water pressure is a whole different thing again. Recommeded For buissnes trips but not for leisure
The hotel is really nice, like the room. The receptionist was amazing , very friendly . Like the restaurant next to hotel, nice food and atmosphere. Definitely going to stay again in your hotel. Thank you all very much
Staff member on reception was lovely. Room was spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfy. Brewers Fayre next door was excellent, has a great choice at great price.
Handy for accessing Inverness
View from window was a building site around the Inn
all premier inns are very clean
i think the price of breakfast on top of the price of rooms is too expensive
It was just off the highway and had a pub next door which was convenient. Good wifi.
Other than the mattress every thing was fine
The mattress on the bed sagged into the middle and had seen better days. The shower is not suitable for anyone who is disabled.
It was clean, and there is a market nearby and a shared pub next door.
The room smelled strongly of deoderiser, was noisy and just average - good to sleep in if exhausted!
The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic
Excellent service; staff very polite and friendly. Staff tend to know the area very well and recommended where to go. The room was a very nice size, had plenty of room. We had a peaceful and decent night's sleep. I highly recommend the hotel.
Where the hotel was located. It was very easy to find but a bit of a hassle to go into the town and return to the hotel by car.
This is the second time I have used Premier Inn Inverness East, the location is good for everything, next to motorway, shopping parks. The staff are always very helpful in anything you need.
The hotel is getting a little outdated and needs freshening up. One thing I like is a good shower, my room did not have this.
Comfortable bed. Closeness to hospital and retail park.
Noise from corridor and floor above. Room needed aired. Chipped bath.
No surprises. Standards just as we had expected.
Having to wait ages for food in the restaurant
Cleanliness, facilities for special needs people, location, breakfast faciliy
Did not have anything to complain
Quiet hotel, with a good availability of parking. The pub nearby serves good food if you don't want to go out. The highway is on the back (but no noises) so if you visit the countryside you get out of the city very quickly
Please note that the hotel is far from the city centre. If you have a car it is perfect.
WE LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE, STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY, MEALS WERE SUPERB.
Nothing we didnt like.
Premier inn is the standard for budget hotels, good rooms but minimal services
The price was ridiculous and the excuse that it is seasonal means I won't stay there again!
The location was brilliant for us to get about - you definately would need a car though.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was awful, food tasteless and not value for money
