Lovely staff, so helpful. Great location, comfortable room. Great breakfastl and kids eat free which was fabulous. If I had one single criticism it would be that there were no toiletries in the room. I'm so used to complimentary toiletries that it never occurred to me I'd have to take shower gel with me.

Premier reception staff. Friendly. Not so helpful breakfast staff. Bit run down feeling..but maybe because we've recently stayed in a new Premier inn that felt so much cleaner and brighter..

This was a rugby weekend, therefore the location just off the A9 was ideal for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Inverness is a great place from which to explore The Highlands.
