the room was spotless staff were very friendly and chatty baby cot put in room as requested breakfast was delicious
The staff were very helpful and room was very clean
The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, my daughter had a bad nights sleep. The bed was noisy when she turned
good location attached restaurant and bar quiet at night
As travelers from the States, this was very similar to a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were big and clean. Beds had full sets of sheets, which some Scottish hotels don't always offer. They have a restaurant and bar on site, and the wonderful staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were there to run the Loch Ness Marathon and it was just a ten minute walk to the festival center. And being located on the A82, it was very easy to get to.
There are no phones or clocks in the rooms. Alarms have to be set via the television. There is no ice available nor fridges or any other amenities in the rooms - somewhat bare for a hotel of this type. You have to pay for wi-fi, and the service was so poor we had to go to the lobby to get reception.
Very friendly staff.
Could not open window in bedroom . Air con but would have been nice to have some fresh air.
Was easily one of the best Premier Inns have stayed in all over the country. A very warm welcome on arrival, immaculately clean room, hotel and bar/restaurant. Perfectly cooked meals in the beefeater and great service throughout. Location was a couple of minutes walk to the river and town. Will be back!!
Nothing to not like!
Location was ideal for Loch Ness marathon. Quadruple room was a good size and comfortable. 3rd premier inn and best do far.
Not a lot
The staff in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a lovely size and had everything we needed. Would definatley recommend this hotel.
Premier Inn's usual cleanness, very neat and tidy. Very quiet and a good nights sleep. Beefeaters food very good. Restaurant staff showed very good attention to detail. Very professional and excellent service while they were very busy both nights we dined there.
Mattress on bed not up to standard of other Premier Inns we have recently stayed at. The bed's mattress sloped markedly towards middle. We also had small problem working air conditioner, trying to warm room. Seemed to be preset to cool level. The TV was also preset and the screen was a bit dark with menu function deactivated could not brighten screen. Minor problems really.
girl on reception very helpfull re restaurant recomendations
The large bed and large bedroom
parkng meals staff
Everything. Especially the receptionist Amy who having stayed there for a few days in August, returned a week later for her to remember us. That is excellent.
arriving early for check in after a long day riding our motorbikes, we were given one of our rooms that was ready and dropped of all our gear before heading out to loch ness. arriving back later we were greeted again by the staff and given our other rooms, They could not be more helpful and polite. The bar/restraunt is clean and fresh and was well stocked. rooms as to be exspected and very quite. a lovely peaceful nights sleep.
the extra cost for breakfast is way to high.

Bed was uncomfortable
Like the Premier Inn brand. Always good. Always know what you are getting.
Could do with a larger lift!
Comfortable beds and big room. Updated bathroom and very clean hotel overall. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent value.
Long walk to city center, yes there are taxis and buses and you can even drive there if you can find a place to park your car.
Nice clean hotel plenty of parking good location for touring
Lack of privacy due to curtains being too short
The staff were most helpful with all our enquiries. Room was comfortable and we appreciated having a restaurant on the premises after a long day sightseeing.
The location is good with free parking also the rooms are spacious with very good pillows for comfortable sleep. Breakfast was very good Overall must stay
Attitude of the Manager & lady chef in Beafeater Grill restaurant
From the excellent reception staff right through to the restaurant, there was nothing to fault. The room was excellent as usual, room, clean and everything a leisure or business traveller could want. A good place to base oneself to visit this area of Scotland.
the location and layout the staff excellant
we were staying for three nights noise outside of room which woke us up complained the next morning moved us us no problem was quickly sorted out as we had a wedding that day
