Everything. Especially the receptionist Amy who having stayed there for a few days in August, returned a week later for her to remember us. That is excellent.
arriving early for check in after a long day riding our motorbikes, we were given one of our rooms that was ready and dropped of all our gear before heading out to loch ness. arriving back later we were greeted again by the staff and given our other rooms, They could not be more helpful and polite. The bar/restraunt is clean and fresh and was well stocked. rooms as to be exspected and very quite. a lovely peaceful nights sleep.
the extra cost for breakfast is way to high.
bed and pillows very comfortable. breakfast excellent
duvet too warm !!! need summer tog
Bed was uncomfortable
Like the Premier Inn brand. Always good. Always know what you are getting.
Could do with a larger lift!
Comfortable beds and big room. Updated bathroom and very clean hotel overall. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent value.
Long walk to city center, yes there are taxis and buses and you can even drive there if you can find a place to park your car.
Nice clean hotel plenty of parking good location for touring
Lack of privacy due to curtains being too short
The staff were most helpful with all our enquiries. Room was comfortable and we appreciated having a restaurant on the premises after a long day sightseeing.
From the excellent reception staff right through to the restaurant, there was nothing to fault. The room was excellent as usual, room, clean and everything a leisure or business traveller could want. A good place to base oneself to visit this area of Scotland.
Room Windows sealed
Restaurant very busy Windows without aperture, You are locked in with air conditioning only!!!
The willingness of the staff to assist with any problems.
When we returned to the hotel at 11.05pm we were unable to get a drink in the bar, despite being residents. I would have thought that a Residents Lounge should have operated for the benefit of guests.
Staff were very helpful in sorting out a fan
Room was exceptionally hot - windows are sealed shut and air con really didn't do the job.
Breakfast offer. Clean, quiet and modern structure
For the rate WiFi connection in the Room should be for free
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the continental breakfast which was very good (although I think it should be included in cost). The rooms are extremely clean, but small. We had a room for 4 with older teenagers. The kids eat free with adult breakfast but our kids too old for this. It is good value, although Inverness is pricey!
Our daughters said their smaller beds were not comfortable. Our larger bed was very comfortable. While us in larger bed were ok with temperature in the room, our daughters were cold by window. The wifi is only free for 30 minutes and the room brochure said you could log in and out multiple times for the 30 minutes. I used it for 5 minutes, logged out then later went to log in and it said expired. The helpful staff called the wifi info line and was told the policy was now 30 minutes all at once. I suggested I should get a free voucher for 24 hours (which costs £3) but the reception did not have the power to do this. I think wifi should be free and breakfast included. With breakfast - and only the continental, not the hot, our cost per night became £115, which ia pricey for this kind of budget hotel. Fortunately it is very clean with great staff.
The staff were helpful and funny beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in. The late check out was a big help as there was no pressure to pack up early. The quiet time limits were good as there was no noise from other rooms or corridors.
There was nothing not to like about our stay. Maybe a little to far from the city centre for anyone looking to be central to the town but there is another premier inn closer than this one.
The easy of check in and out
Should have separate area for family rooms...some time kids make noise and it disturb others
Comfortable room, lots of parking spaces. There is a restaurant in the same premises.
Location is not in the city centre but if you are driving then it is not an issue.
Clean, quick ; efficient and friendly staff ; recently decorated , good breakfast
Very good position for both A82 and Loch Ness, Very close for a walk to city centre
Usual good standard room, bed wasn't as good as the usual high standard of premier inn.
There was an ajoining door between our room ( No.7 ) and the next room ( 5 ) so all we could hear was the t.v. or the couple talking etc. Unusually noisey Premier Inn kids running up & down the corridors and in the room on the floor above ours. We always use Premier Inns - infact we came here from 5 days in the Premier Inn in Dunfermline, this was more like the usually good standard- and the guaranteed good nights sleep!
across the road from cruses down loch ness. location. large free car park. comfort in room. front desk staff asking on our exit and entry to premises if all was ok and is there anything they an do. quite room, top up coffee/tea every day. large comfortable bed.
Only option if you did not want to drive away for a meal was Beef Eater and as we arrived fri to leave Tues felt that an evening meal for 2 each night nearly £50 was toooo much.Taking into account that we paid full costs for room no discounts etc one night as busy we booked a table but still had to wait over 30 mins after our booked time. Also no seats in bar to sit.
Parking facilities and food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very plentiful.
The mattress on the childs bed had been put on upside down and the springs were sticking through!!!
