The staff, in all areas were very polite and pleasant. Breakfast staff were attentive and, on our first morning, explained where everything was and the food was delivered quickly and had obviously been cooked to order rather than being kept hot on a bain marie. Thanks to Lorraine who did the cooking and Carlos for his waiting.
Comfy bed, lots of space, very clean
20-30 min walk from downtown, a bit expensive
I didn't have a problem with anything brilliant stay
Location and comfort
The fact that I could have joined in the conversation that the people in adjoining room were having. At one point I thought they were talking right outside my window. This is not good enough when you are trying to get some sleep.
They have staffs with excellent hospitality
They didn't provide halal food, but they can provide boiled egg if you ask them with out additional charge.
Staff were extremely helpful & did everything possible to oblige when we asked them for help with extended stay, ironing board & early check in
The beefeater wasn't cleaned to a high standard. Tables were left un cleaned for long periods of time
plenty of parking, restaurant had a good basic menu with good opening hours.
Noise travels easily through the floors and walls making the rooms quite noisy. This is a family hotel so there were a few noisy kids around.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, we ate there every night and had breakfast a couple of times. The room was clean and comfortable. I would defiantly go back.
Paying £3.99 a day for wifi was a bit much, most places it's free these days, you can get 30 mins free.
Friendly staff and lovely location
Grill off and not been informed had friends with us. 11 people in all. Service slow and had to ask a couple of times for things
Location - good, car park good, service and cleanliness good. Breakfast was fab - all you could want to eat just perfect. will be back
The last bed the fold up thing - was not comfy at all Meals were delayed for an hour on Sat night due to being swamped. Hard one to forecast but a very bust place
Could not find booking, had to produce confirmation. Finding full cobwebs from lamp to picture and in corners on entrance to room. Booked meal at reception only to find it was not booked at beefeater
Good for what we paid
Too hot to sleep in and couldn't open a window
No lights in the lift. Everything was someone else's fault.
Loved the bed was so comfortable Glad they had two mirrors in our room back out curtains could of been longer real clean bed was made well
Wasnt very big for a family room meant to be able to fit 4 people would b a tight squeeze.
Rooms were clean , breakfast was fantastic ,staff were very friendly and helpful
Despite booking at least 6 months before arrival our family of 5 couldn't have 2 rooms beside each other.
Staff friendly and helpful.
the room was spotless staff were very friendly and chatty baby cot put in room as requested breakfast was delicious
The staff were very helpful and room was very clean
The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, my daughter had a bad nights sleep. The bed was noisy when she turned
good location attached restaurant and bar quiet at night
As travelers from the States, this was very similar to a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were big and clean. Beds had full sets of sheets, which some Scottish hotels don't always offer. They have a restaurant and bar on site, and the wonderful staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were there to run the Loch Ness Marathon and it was just a ten minute walk to the festival center. And being located on the A82, it was very easy to get to.
There are no phones or clocks in the rooms. Alarms have to be set via the television. There is no ice available nor fridges or any other amenities in the rooms - somewhat bare for a hotel of this type. You have to pay for wi-fi, and the service was so poor we had to go to the lobby to get reception.
Very friendly staff.
Could not open window in bedroom . Air con but would have been nice to have some fresh air.
Was easily one of the best Premier Inns have stayed in all over the country. A very warm welcome on arrival, immaculately clean room, hotel and bar/restaurant. Perfectly cooked meals in the beefeater and great service throughout. Location was a couple of minutes walk to the river and town. Will be back!!
Nothing to not like!
Location was ideal for Loch Ness marathon. Quadruple room was a good size and comfortable. 3rd premier inn and best do far.
