Convenient location and good restaurant.

Spacious room, close to town, great hotel!!

Some other guests late coming back to their rooms making excessive noise, disturbed 3/4 times during night. This obviously disturbed sleep.

Recognizable Premier Inn quality and hospitality

Not good location for travellers: far from city center, no regular transport from there

The friendly atmosphere was just perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. We stay at alot of Premier Inn's but this one has to be for me my most favourite.

Could not fault anything about the this Premier Inn.

The room was a good size and well laid out with the 2 singles and 1 double. Receptionist was great with the kids giving our youngest a teddy to look after for the night.

Nothing but we used the hotel for room only.

Beefeater Inn next door Staff were courteous and helpful

Rooms not made up until late in the day Heating went off in the middle of the night, so very cold next day

Our room was lovely and perfectly spacious for myself, my husband and 2 sons aged 10 and 14! The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were approachable and friendly. The hotel is well within walking distance of the city centre and the nearby attraction of Loch Ness! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The staff were excellent cant fault the inn one bit excellent food at the bar and breakfast was fantastic and children friendly rooms were very very clean and bath included aswell as a shower great for the kids .me and my wife cant praise this premier inn high enough

Excellent value for money in a clean, modern hotel. Food was good and staff friendly and helpful.

The surroundings were comfortable and everyone was very helpful.

Location was just next to the park where I was going the next morning. Staff was quite friendly and the bathtub in room makes you relax.

Bit far if you are coming form the rail station, not much of buses passing near by at night time.

A travel cot was set up in our room, as requested. Rooms and beds comfy, both my kids and ourselves slept very well. Food was lovely too,my partner loved his big breakfast every morning

Really enjoyed the whole expierence.

No negatives apart from the sink plug in the bathroom was stuck down for the 2 days we were there. I did let the staff know but nothing was done.

This hotel was spotless both in the bedrooms and public areas. The bed was ultra comfortable as is the norm for Premier Inns. It is on the outskirts of the city so the rooms are quiet at night and I heard very little road noise during the night. The food in the attached Beef Eater was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast. The thing that makes a good hotel is the staff and in this hotel they were excellent.

i like that location and very nice service.

30 minutes limited wifi .. Even if premier inn limit the maximum usage of data,that is ok
