Premier Inn Ipswich (Chantry Park)  

Clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly without being familiar. The Beagle gastro pub next door serves excellent food.

The hotel was family friendly, very clean, with very comfortable sheets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that the room temperature can be adjusted according to individual room needs and not a central controlled system. Breakfast was good with free breakfast for kids.

There was a point when breakfast was slow or became very busy as customers arrived all at once. This could be solved by with a buffet setting put out on a peak period.

Good location near to a popular Inn and to main town.

Were woken up both nights by guests in room above ours.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from the lady on reception who gave us all the information needed about the hotel and the facilities provided. The lady in charge at breakfast was very friendly and welcoming and the young cook, in his first week at the hotel, cooked our breakfast to perfection.

Only one little dislike. We thought that the bed mattress was too firm for our liking.

Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times. An alternative for me would have been to have made two 200mile car journeys in one day rather than one

Only 30mins free wifi; soap dispensers for both sink and shower were not working and maid didnt bother replacing them; at busy times, breakfast you wait up to 30mins to get served by kitchen

Staff were excellent - from the person who checked us in to the staff serving breakfast. Although breakfast was quite expensive it was cooked to order and was excellent.Rooms were well equipped and comfortable - there was a choice of hard or soft pillows which was a surprise for a budget hotel.There was plenty of free parking.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Could not adjust brightness etc on TV and would appreciate more tea /coffee in the room.

The location proved excellent for the concert in chantry park,and the staff were helpful in booking us in and finding a good and cheap way to get us to the venue.

There was not enough tea and coffee left in the room,it is nice to have enough to have one on arrival at your destination and one for the morning.I Also think that the breakfast menu is very overpriced.

Great Premier Inn, up to the normal high standards with a really good pub next door. We choose premier inn for the price and comfort of their rooms. You know what you are getting with a premier inn.

Clean, comfortable, and with the most helpful and happy staff I have met in a long time - would definately recommend this location. Great breakfast, lots of parking and great food in the Inn adjoining - I will stay again when in the area.
