Large room (the disabled room) Convenience to A14 to Felixstowe Quiet Friendly, helpful staff Excellent parking No comfy chair in room, just 1 hard-backed chair (we got a 2nd added). The Swallow pub for dinner was noisy, slow service and mostly fried food, had deteriorated from 2 years ago.

Sue was very helpful on reception and changed our room when we realised we had booked the disabled double room by mistake on the internet. We thought there could have been a small sign in the road before the prmier inn as we had to go all around the industrial estate until we found it. You can't see it from the road.

It was a pleasure to stay, the staff both when we arrived and in the morning were extremely pleasant and helpful, excellent value for money, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and superb breakfast. The fact that this survey has a tick box for mature couple or young couple, how about having a box for middle age couples?

All the staffs are really friendly, and they remember which room I stay, which made me feel been respected. And the room is big, quite clean and cozy. Location, no very convenient. It would be better if you have a car.

Warm and friendly welcome from the reception. Nothing was too much trouble and when request was made for a bed to be made up for our grandson, this was sorted promptly. Our room was also spotlessly clean.

I regularly use premier inn hotels for overnight or weekend stays when meeting up with friends in other parts of the country. We chose Ipswich South East for it's convient location to both the A12 and A14 to aid travel for both families. Like most Premier Inn's it was clean, adequate for a short stay and had friendly staff, however unlike other hotels the accommodation I had booked was not available. I always book a family room as I have a young child and on this occasion booked a quad room to ensure a ground floor room. This was not the case in Ipswich South East leaving us no option other than a first floor room. It was difficult to manage luggage, buggies and small children up a flight of stairs as smaller premier inns have no lifts. To get from the car to the room my daughter had to be moved in and out of the buggy 4 times. The whole reason for staying in a premier is to have the convience of a reasonably priced hotel and resturant in the same location so we can share a meal and a drink with friends in a child friendly location. Having to keep taking my daughter in and out of the buggy to get up stairs did not support a nice relaxing weekend break with friends...disturbing a sleeping child is never wise!! It was clean and friendly, room size was adequate. However no lift made our stay challenging.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste. 1. De bedden van de kinderen waren niet klaar gemaakt. 2. Er kon niet worden betaald met de Maestro pinpas.

It was located in a convenient part of the city for me being close to the a14.. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very difficult to find and needs much better signing. Also the way from the hotel to the a14 was also difficult to find. Breakfast was good, but service in the restaurant in the evening was poor. The staff appeared to have lost the order and after a long wait we had to er order.

Ideal location for our stay. The room was spotless and very spacious. We have booked again for next year. This is more to do with the restaurant rather than the hotel but we found the breakfast plates were dirty and the whole buffet experience was a bit chaotic. This has not put us off the hotel.

Room was nice and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Room was booked for 4 but was only set up for 2. Staff were very apologetic and fixed it as soon as it was convenient to us. All the staff were very personable; nice to see happy, friendly faces during our stay. We couldn't find a shaving point!
