The pub is close to the beautiful village of Pin Mill. It is a 15 minute drive. It is also withing walking distance of Ipswich city centre.

Rooms great and very clean

Restaurant told by hotel receptionist no need to book. Not so had to wait for a table approx 45 minutes. Restaurant needs a bit of a shake up management wise. Our waiter very good.

Premier Inn have really come up with the perfect formula - lovely welcome, nothing is too much trouble, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent and well worth booking. There is also the advantage of free parking.

The new invoices and receipts are so small that even with glasses I couldn't read them, nor have any space to fill in the details. The receptionist offered to print a larger copy, but it would be simpler to have sensible sized paperwork.

Staff were very helpful. We were travelling with my disabled father and the room we booked was not suitable for his needs (disabled room but bed was too low). Staff readily and cheerfully helped us find a room that met his needs.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn was clean, warm, comfortable and the food in the Oyster Reach was very good.

Incredible value, very helpful receptionist, lovely newly decorated room, very clean and everything had been really well thought out.

Room dropped to 14 degrees as the heating only comes on with the key card. However the problem was quickly resolved as reception gave us an extra card to keep the heating on to warm the room up to a reasonable temperature.

My room was near the restaurant and was a bit noisy late at night

Clean, friendly, quiet, comfortable, the staff are all friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to spend time passing the time of day making our stay always more enjoyable.

The site is quiet and easily accessed from the main road, the hotel is small enough to feel cosy and the staff could not do enough for you. Meals were excellent even though the Oyster Reach is a very busy pub venue. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We have used this Inn several times now, and we are never disappointed. Parking used to be difficult, but the car park is now extended and parking is brilliant.

As I was getting married in the afternoon, I asked if I could stay in the romm until 1pm due to getting changed and the car picking me up at 1330. I was asked to move out at 12. Luckily for me I had friends that where staying for an extra day. Got ready there.

The staff were informative, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for and got a room overlooking the marina. The breakfast was super and the waitress was really welcoming and attentive.

The only minor glitches were that there was no electric razor socket had I required one and no trouser press.

the room had no aircon, a heater to heat the room but no way to cool the room, so we open the window.

Some noise from other rooms on upper floor. Maybe a need for better noise insulation between floors.

Excellent location within easy reasch of the city centre. Residential by the river, a good out of the way location but easy to get about.

Fine, no problems

This only requires a few words. Your recepionist Abi is the most wonderful staff member you could wish to have. Helpful beyound the call of duty.She helped to sort out a big problem, kept us informed of the situation and its progress, and she is courteous and kind. We will stay with you again.
