“ The team were excellent. We arrived at 1.30 a.m. With two tired children. We were checked in quickly, helped with our bags and advised on parking. Breakfast was also excellent. The room was very clean and great value for money. ”

Friendly, helpful staff, welcoming to the children. Very handy for registry office! Can walk to river and castle. Car parking a bit tight but managed OK on road as weekend. Also can't turn right into road where hotel is if coming from north.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and good resturant on site. Lack of on site parking evening menu did not change in resturant but there was still a fair selection.

The staff The sink in the bathroom, and no hand rails on the bath,and no bath mat.the sink had a silly plug that was difficult to open and the drain was dirty because it was difficult to clean. This is not a cheap hotel for this area.

Fantastic warm friendly helpful staff lovely bar restaurant are great value for money right in the heart of the town perfect!! The Parking arrangements or lack of them for hotel guests had to pay £6 to park in the courtyard next to a metal container and building site. Suspect this is only temporary but it was a bit of a hassle
