Should provide more parking space for the visitors
Location to town centre Good restaurant attached
TV controller did not allow volume to be increased beyond a set level.
The Marstons Pedigree Steak and Ale pie is to die for!!!
The whole experience was great! Beds and room comfortable and clean! Location in Central of town! Above all the staff were very helpful and caring. They went out of their way to help in a family emergency! They called us to take an emergency call when our cell phones were not working! They helped us the next morning keeping our luggage safe until we could rent a car. The breakfast was very good value and restaurant staff very helpful also!
The shower was very powerful and the bathroom roomy and spacious.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was lots of choice but dirty tables weren't cleared away very quickly and some of the crockery and cutlery was a bit grubby.
good quality hotel in the centre of Kendal
Paying to park the car over night went against the grain.
The location was great, room was very functional and clean. Great shower and very comfy bed. Loads of restraunts Close by so free to choose from wide variety of dining options.
Parking charges are extra. £5 pd Breakfast was a bit steep, was quite an adequate buffet if price was nearer £6.50, but £8.95 or whatever on top of £110 ish was not worth it.
we had a double with disability. the room was spacious and neat. sleep was good....breakfast was excellent...since my wife was pregnant, i had called and specifically asked for room without steps.. they had alloted a room for which had 2 floors to climb but the they quickly acknowledged and managed to find an alternative for us... the room did not have extra bed for child but was quite spacious and had a king bed... overall we were happy with our room and service.... the postal code in booking.com takes you exactly to the hotel in sat nav..
Good room Good helpful staff Good location
No shaver point in Bathroom Barely adequate towels No Iron on room
Everything except parking
Havingto pay for 24 hour parking when I was only staying 15 hours
everything about the hotel
car parking charges ( nothing to do with Premier inn and gets really busy
Enjoyed comfort and location of hotel
Poor meals in evening and WFI connection was disgraceful especially as you were required to pay for it. Poor parking facilities as well as cost of £5 per day.
the way I was greeted, and the information given to me at reception regarding additional parking. in the restaurant the staff were awesome, both in the evening and at breakfast.
Really friendly staff clean comfy rooms .
Parking was main problem. I would not have minded paying but there was no spaces in the premier inn car park and the overflow car park needed to be vacated by 830am which meant early rising.
Air con in the room. High standard of cleaning. Bed comfortable and nice to have choice of pillows. Quiet place given central location.
Problematic parking at times. Need larger space solely for guests and expensive if staying longer than one night. Smoke detector in the room directly over bed flashes all night at times annoying. Could be set away from the bed.
Room size bed and bedding Helpfulness of staff Breakfast was good value
Expensive and limited parking which didn't meet our needs fully. We were at a wedding and after paying £5 fee came back to find no space. The spaces in the streets around also full. Luckily we heard someone leave and managed to move the car into the car park so no harm done. I would consider this if choosing a Kendal hotel in future.
Kind staff, helped us changed bedsheets when son was sick. Location close to amenities
Beds not comfortable, No phone No free internet (only 30 mins free per day) No iron No minibar Parking not free - £5 per day.
Very comfortable beds, central location, will definitely stay there again and would recommend.
Room size Cleanliness Comfort Staff friendliness Adjacent restaurant and bar
Car park spaces too tight. Two dents in a brand new car!
Everything about staying in Kendal People are very friendly and helpful and most central for travelling the lakes, this was our second visit and would certainly stay again, the resturant very good value and staff and presentation good
Car park soon gets full oneday we had to park up the road on Council park and had to move car by 8 oam not too get wheelclamped
Lovely welcome Great room, Fantastic location in middle of Kendal
Carpark was full and we had to park elsewhere and fetch car before 8am next morning which was a pain. One grumpy barman
Good Central location in Kendal. With short travelling time to the likes of Windermere etc...
Having to pay 5 pounds per day to park. Surely should be refunded to guests when they leave.
Pub attached to the inn seemed very unprofessional. We had the breakfast pack and first morning all ran well. Second and third morning was a disaster. No buffet on second morning and waited over 30 minutes for breakfast. Third morning everything running out and not being replaced for at least ten minutes even when requested was still taking an era. We waited 50 minutes for our dinner one night and then only 3 of the 4 meals came and the 4th was delivered 5 minutes after the rest. In my opinion poorly run
