The staff were friendly and the room was immaculate. Also I was impressed with the sign asking people to consider others when coming in as they may be sleeping. I have stayed at the Kettering Travel Lodge in the past, as Premier Inn was fully booked and have had hardly any sleep because of the noise from other guests; so full marks for that. I can't think of anything I diidn't like.

The professional and friendly way the staff conducted themselves. Very obliging. Soap dispenser on sink in bathroom did not work and no maintenance man working at weekends and no offer of alternative i.e. bar of soap. Most importantly for us and we know you say it is out of your control was the taxi not turning up to take us to the railway station in the morning of our departure for our return journey to Cornwall. We would recommend another taxi firm.

Convenient for what I required No Lift, the manager on duty at breakfast was overpowering and did not come over as genuine, suggested that the undercooked bacon and sausage served on the saturday, was due to peoples preferences, funnily they were well cooked on the Sunday, I am not stupid they had not been cooked earlier enough,

The help given by all the staff with a smile that was genuine! The bath seating area for a disabled person. The amount of rubbish at the rear of the hotel. The lack of sockets in the disabled room - machinery needing to be plugged in. Only one chair for two people to sit on! The toilet roll dispenser situated too far back for a disabled person to reach and be independent.

Staff at reception VERY friendly and helpful; happy to answer all questions and fixed a problem with our TV late at night within 5 minutes, with a smile! Clean and comfortable room to the standard we've come to expect from Premier Inn. Would stay again! Quite a distance to walk to the city center- not the hotel's fault, though!

Location ideal for purpose. Good parking and convenient restaurant. Booking stated "flat screen television". Television in room was old design and small. Only one chair in room.

Nice clean hotel good that the pub was next door but did not use it. Breakfast too expensive, should have cleared the drive of snow.

Good clean lodge, friendly reception, nice bathroom, large double bed and plenty of room for luggage. Handy location by the A14 for ease of travel away from and into Kettering. Decent buffet style breakfast in a pleasant, large dining room at the adjacent Chef and Brewer. Minor points would include no Lift, so if you are elderly with heavy bags it could be awkward. Television looked dated. No low level reading lights at night so if one wishes to read the other has to put up with a ceiling spotlight preventing sleep. Beware the road noise if you open the window. The Hotel is a short distance from Kettering Hospital with its A&E. I counted 7 wailing sirens during the night and that could disturb. I am sure you could request a room away from the road however. My partner said the bed was too hard for her. The breakfast was ok say 7 out of 10. Table Table are better.

Nice hotel, looks a little rustic from the outside but very nice on the inside. Only has 30 minutes of free wifi before having to pay for it. Would be nice if it was a little longer or just free for the stay. There is free wifi in the restaurant.

Picked the hotel online, on price but were suprised how good the hotel is.The room was excellent. Clean, tidy and quiet. We had a great nights sleep. Kids are really well catered for and the bar and food service was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn't have time for breakfast as we were eager to get on the road. Would we go back? You betcha! Great value for money. Oh! And great parking too. One tiny , tiny, tiny little moan...... The bathroom soap dispenser wasn't working so there was just a bottle of liquid soap which would usually fit into the dispenser.

I really liked the lay out of Premier Inn Kettering. The hotel and pub worked really well, and I was very comfortable. The only down side was my tiolet blocked, but a member of staff was informed and sorted it out right away.
