Check in was friendly, all staff that we came into contact with, excellent!
We found the staff very helpful, the reception staff could not do enough .Food was good and the waitress was very helpful in helping me sort out the coffee and toast machine's and carry them to table.
the view from room 6 was not that great.
The staff were very friendly, the manager on Friday night and Saturday morning, was excellent and very helpful, he should pass some of his tips on customer service to the manageress. Food average
The manageress who was on Saturday night and Sunday morning in the restaurant needs to attend a customer care course. Food average
Staff friendly and helpful
No bus stop nearby, but taxi service was excellent
Staff, cleanliness, value for money
The room was quite and comfortable and I was able to sleep really well. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
Had a bit of trouble finding it - the GPS didn't like the roundabout - perhaps better describe location in the adverts.
This Inn was fine. All we wanted was a clean room and comfortable bed for the night while we attended a family event in Irvine. Breakfast well worth paying for.
The staff were very nice & accommodating. Lovely welcome at reception.
Bed was not comfortable. Only given 1 key so had to stay awake to let my husband in. Generally the decor & room were shabby and worn. The previous Premier Inn at Kendal was so much better.
The hotel was a standard hotel just a place to sleep which is all we needed it for ... The brewers fayre next door was really good however friendly staff and food was cheep and tasted lush very very good value for money
Everything was great but a sandwich/fast food (pot noodles) vendor machine for late night arrivals would be great. available only after 11 pm or something. I got back about 2 am and was starving.
Not very good location wise for people without transport.
Size of bed. Adverts say you will get a big bed and it was small.
Although busy it was very quiet at night.Very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
Big room, staff, facilities
The fire alarm went off during our stay and woke myself & children up, but the hotel did refund us when we queried this!
I couldn't fault this hotel. Staff were very friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
the staff were very helpful
VERY slow wifi, and as you have to pay for it this was not really acceptable
The shower was just a trickle and the loo didn't flush properly. It was quite a way from the centre and we got lost a few times driving back to it. Not signposted well. No lift which was hard as my wife is quite pregnant and there was a disabled lady on the 1st floor also. Quite expensive for a 2 night stay.
Hotel clean, staff freindly and helpful, hotel nice and quiet for good sleep
Brewers Fayre has seen better days, clean, but it needs refurbished, especially on the outside, woodwork on windows sofits etc need replaced, past repainting
Very close to Hospital, comfortable and clean
Friendly staff welcomed me back after my long daily stint at commonwealth games.
The interruption by the faulty fire alarm from brewers fayre next door when went off twice during my stay.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for accessing Glasgow. Brilliant value and price.
The breakfast was just OK. No traditional Scottish food availabile.
Brewers Fayre !! Food quality just about edible
The assistance from the night manager,Mariana.Very comfort night sleep
The breakfast cost was on the dear side.
