The staff were so helpful and accomodating
Parking though excellent and super safe was so awkward to get to as there was limited drop off too.
The rooms where clean and very comfy with all the extras needed for a weekend stay. The breakfast was lovely and the meal we had in the pub was good too. Would definitely use Premier Inn again for the quality of service and facilities.
The pub was very close to our room and even though it was extremely hot, we had to close the window due to the tipsy and loud people who thought they'd start their own karaoke outside the pub. My mum also suggested a smoking bench being put in place as she had to sit on the steps outside the front door, in her pyjamas during the night and early morning.
We were treated very well and looked after, it was clean and comfy will return
Location staff friendliness pub next door
Paying for wifi
Everything, the location, nice and quiet, really friendly staff. It was everything we wanted it to be. We stayed here for our visit to Harry Potter Studios, which was very close. It was great having the train station so close also and the staff helped us in advising what sort of travel card to get and helped save our costs on this.
As I was on my own with my 2 children I felt very safe as the staff were friendly and helpful. One member of staff in particular gave me a heater as mine wasn't working. The carvery & breakfast next door was good too.
The floor in the bathroom was a bit spongy under the lino as though there had been a leak and this caused a bit of an odour if you left the door open.
This was our first experience of a Premier Inn but were pleasantly surprised. We had asked for a quiet room and got just what we requested so were able to enjoy a good night. The morning breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was good and all the staff in both establishments were most helpful and very pleasant.
Location, bar next door, car parking, ease of use
Having to pay for Wi-fi
Close to everything in Kings Lanhley. Comfortable.
No free wifi. Should be free for the cost.
Asked for a quiet room, which it was. Backed onto trees with squirrels! Extremely comfortable bed, much appreciated after a 300 mile drive.
Meagre tea/coffee supplies in room. Just 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets. How parsimonious in this day and age! Not really complaining, just fail to comprehend the rationing of six inexpensive items. No biscuits either :(
parking bar and restaurant next to hotel friendly staff
no airconditioning is even a problem with cool temperatures outside !
Location Room size Comfortable large bed Pub next door
Filthy toilets The worst meal We have ever had, had to wait 3/4 of an hour for it and the food was dreadful, couldn't eat mine. Staff were ignorant, tables not cleared of dirty glasses - staff were too busy chatting between themselves.
Bed was comfortable and low allowing me to access easily. Ramps to the restaurant made it easy for me to manoeuver.
Couldn't use the shower in the room as it was over the bath and I was unable to lift my legs high enough to enter. Maybe a walk in shower would be a good idea in a disabled room.
The hotel is quite old now - actually uses a proper key in the doors, but is well kept and in a very nice setting. It's only 5 mins from the M25, but feels like the countryside. The staff were very friendly. As the adverts suggest the beds are very comfortable, however ...
... the beds are not very long. I'm only 5' 10" and my feet were dangling off the bottom. Lenny Henry must be sleeping sideways on his :-) Don't let this put you off though - I'd visit again
Reception staff were excellent (Hayley & George) Food 1st.class & definitely will visit again
Convenient location to M25, M1 and ease of getting to Heathrow. Breakfast (extra) in Pub next door was quite good but there are better places for lunch or dinner nearby; try pubs in Chipperfield.
Lack of air conditioning might be a problem in summer. No elevator so steps possible problem for some. Internet was "free" for 30 minutes but actually was for one session only even if less than 30 minutes. Not explained. They gave us 24 hrs free because of our complaint.
the quiet location but yet so central for all we wanted to see.. also a great place to stay for Warner bro's studio which was what I was looking for..
The room was beautiful. Far better than I expected for the money
The pillars. They were too soft and I didn't sleep at all. I asked for additional pillars and were provided with more soft pillars. Next time I will take my own
Staff were wonderful. They were all every helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They made our stay!
size of rooms .pub/restaurant was great
Lovely clean, comfortable, easy to find hotel only 15 mins drive from Warner Bros Studios. The evening before we had a lovely stroll alongside the Grand Union Canal across the way and a fantastic coffee/breakfast in 'Fred and Gingers' before we set off. Really enjoyable.
Very comfortable , clean .
The only criticism was that the bed was rather high, and the side unit was rather far away
Large room with comfortable bed. Excellent staff who were very helpful with local information. Great breakfast. Plenty of free parking
Room was comfortable
The restaurant next door had very poor service, could not recommend it
