Staff wer curteous
Comfortable bed, good TV, convenient location (on a main road but no road noise in my room), warm room.
Reserved a room with a bath which turned out to be a shower cubicle, WiFi intermittent, very small room.
Staff were friendly
The room was very spacious and comfortable
Noisy fan in bathroom Narrow staircase to second floor
Comfortable bed and a good sized room plus a really good shower.
Comfortable bed, clean room, t.v. and tea making facilities.
Mirror over the counter in bedroom would be helpful. A flexible shower head would also be easier to use. Toilet roll dispenser located within reach of the toilet would be useful and sink taps with less force (they spray out all over you) would be nice. Design, accessories and lighting in the room could be vastly improved at very little cost to give it a wow factor that would be more welcoming, comfortable and memorable.
Our first day and night was excellent and the breakfast was very good staff very helpful and pleasant. After returning from a wedding our second nights stay was interrupted with the fire alarm going off at 2pm. Everybody congregated outside while the staff sorted the problem. Some idiots had disconnected the smoke alarm in their room (3 rooms) so they could smoke in the rooms. The next morning there was no hot water for a shower. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and true to the advert we all had our money back for that night. Well done Premier Inn.
Staff. Facilities and location
The staff were very helpful
Didn't think the room was worth 80 odd pound
Room & bed very spacious, location great for us and the food was great value for money, staff really friendly & helpful, made for a great weekend
Bathroom could be updated
Quality of services as expected from previous visits.
Recent (?) refurbishment of room had left a musty-type smell.
pleasant staff. Good breakfast, high standards of cleanliness.
I don't like paying for wifi. If it was just a few pounds a night, I would not have a problem, so maybe Premier Inn needs to think about their rates.
Peaceful and pleasant location
If don't have own conveyance its difficult to get around.
Huge room and bathroom. All clean and very comfortable
Tricky to locate in the dark. Poorly signed from the nearest traffic lights and easily confused with a second Premier Inn in Knutsford.
V good hospitality on arrival. Clean and comfortable beds. Excellent choice of breakfast in the morning and short drive to Manchester airport. We chose well and made the start to our holiday a good one. Will definately recommend it
good location for tatton park and other attractions.
deliveries at 7am
Paid WiFi - Free WiFi would make this the perfect place to stay in and around Knutsford
Room was very large, lovely big king size bed, flat screen TV. Great parking outside of room nearly.
Had a meal next door, steak was awful, the manager said that they had a bad batch, but they still served them, my meal was cold, but we were offered a free sweet and my husband a free meal. Did not like having to pay £20.00 more for the room than other people. were told to book with them direct next time to get a better price
Room was great shower everything except bed
I liked everything about this Hotel
Close to Mere Golf Club (1.8 miles approx) which we were attending re wedding. Clean and good value.Room was large as was the bed and bathroom.
Only 2 sachets of coffee. Room basic could have done with some more pictures / wall art .
location near motorway had great welcome to hotel arrived after 1am quick check-in and had help with luggage to first floor could see we were tired exceeded our check out time got gently enquiry as to departure time was not rude.
came in Saturday evening were tired was not aware we had to make dinner orders at the bar its a bit off putting selecting food while standing felt like fast food check-out as a result cut dinner short no shops nearby
Excellent location. If travelling from the south for a visit to Manchester a stop here is ideal. Metro with parking only five minutes away. Very friendly staff, first class food in the restaurant and spotless rooms. Good nights rest assured.
Nothing, could not fault.
Lovely reception staff , very welcoming ....after a long journey stuck in traffic for hours the very sympathetic receptionist really helped us feel better !
We would use again but not eat in the restaurant next door - the food was very unpleasant , tasted cheap and very manufactured . We ordered fish and chips , the fish was grey , undercooked and straight out of a freezer , not fresh as stated . A real let down . My son said his cooked breakfast was fine though .
