Premier Inn Knutsford (Bucklow Hill)  

the welcome we received and the help given from the lady at the front desk was fantastic. a lovely place to stay, especially with children in tow .

bedding did not appear to be changed regularly enough. Restaurant food was poor only chose to eat there once.

Very friendly and efficient staff at all levels. Waitress handled a very difficult breakfast diner with skill and patience (Saturday morning 4th May) Beds ver comfortable.

Crystal on reception was very helpful and professional, every Premier Inn should have a Crystal to greet their clients

The young man on reception was very welcoming & informative. The room was smaller than expected but clean with a small bathroom with a shower cubicle. Slept with the window open and could hear the distant motorway traffic. The attached pub was ok, at early evening a lot of kids so the noise level was quite high.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Location was great for a wedding we attended. Breakfast times on sunday ran till 11:00 which was perfect as allowed to have a lie in after a late night but still enough time for us to be up and ready for breakfast.

Initially we struggled to find the hotel as sat nav didnt recognise postcode or road I experianced a lot of difficutlies trying to get through to the hotel which used a lot of phone credit and was costly I was passed through to a number of perople before any advice was given I thank the staff at the sister hotel Premier Inn - mere who directed us as people on the phone lines were of no assistance.

Clean and well presented. In-situ dining/breakfast and quick service. Ease of parking. Curved shower rail affording extra room when using bath shower.

Noise of the en-suite electric extractor fan which seemed to run continuously all night.

Staff were helpful and friendly, all of them. Happy to solve problems. Beds big and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the Swan are good value.

Dated shower/bath facility, difficult for older people to use. We did not feel safe when showering.

You know what to expect with Premier Inn.usual clean, comfortable room and lovely staff. The shower was the most powerful one I've ever used.

Despite the soundproofing, the traffic noise from the very busy road was intrusive

The fact that the staff where really friendly and helpful, to the point of giving us a phone call to see what time we would be getting there as it was late to see if we had eaten and to see if we wanted any food, and also to to make sure we had a safe journey as the weather was really bad at the time.

Bed was a little hard for us but that was it.

To be honest the facilities looked a bit tired, the property, particularly the Swan Inn, needs major modernisation/improvments

staff were excellent, so friendly, upgrade to a bigger room was great, hotel was very warm, heating was turned up, especially as the weather was extremely cold. many hotel rooms are so cold!

room maybe needed decorating/updateing, seemed a little worn, otherwise it was great. thank you x

Had nice time shop and relaxing nice food

Absolutely ideal as stopping off point for South Manchester area; close to shopping and restaurants in Knutsford and easy M6 access. Good value, quality breakfast. Staff were excellent; most friendly and helpful.

The very large bed. I am tall so this was a very comfortable for me and my wife.

Not enough beverage sachets in the room. We like to have two teas or coffees in the morning. There was enough for one when we arrived and one for when we returned from the wedding we went to before bed. None for the morning.
