Staff friendly and helpful, food excellent, bed superb.

The Staff member on duty took the time out to change the double bed from a double to twin, which she was in a position to make an excuse not to.

Need to come up to date and provide unlimited wifi, for some people there is an option to stream wifi from a smart phone. Having it just in the bar area is too transparent.

The huge bed & excellent choice at breakfast. Also the very helpful staff & having the pub on the doorstep.

The full English breakfast was EXCELLENT.

Carpets and decor started to look tired.

It was easy to find and had a nice pub next door.

Very noisy early in the morning with the binmen calling at 8am just outside our window from our wonderfull view of the service yard. The walls and doors don't hide the hotel noises because we could hear the cleaners wheeling there carts from 8am and people walking up and down the corridor. I wouldn't recommend staying if you wanted a lie in.

The hotel was close to where we were going for a wedding.The staff were very helpful and would stay here again

At the time of booking we did not know that there was a cheaper alternative breakfast which would have made the stay much better value for money

The setting was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful, positive, friendly. The food was delicious. The best we had in Wales and England.

Comfortable bed and great to have a bath rather than shower. It was quiet and without sounds from adjoining rooms. Good to have on site dining facilities.

Room was too hot one night and decreasing the temperature control didn't help. Breakfast tariff was not flexible enough. Would have liked to have had just a boiled egg with a continental breakfast but too much to pay the cooked breakfast price for this.

It was very convenient for the location of our weekend 'event. It was a very good price compared to alternatives we looked at. It suited our needs for this occasion perfectly.

It was a little noisy when other guests were arriving and leaving their rooms, they were not too considerate at times. Our toilet seat was loose, so it needed care when using it !

we booked this hotel to attend a wedding at a local Golf club- 5 mins away by taxi. the beds are really good and good having a bar/costa coffee attached.

I would not recomment this hotel if you do not have a car. the receptionist tried to get us two taxi's for at least 30-45mins still could not get one. This was for us to get to Knutsford station to catch a train! This was at 11.15am on a Saturday morning! In the end my sun googled the area to try and find a taxi as the reception was not able to. Panicking that we would miss our connecting train he managed to find one taxi who had to do two journeys to get us to the station on time.

The staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. The rooms are of a good size, the beds comfortable and very well priced.

Not so much a dislike but an observation. It would be nice to have two easy chairs in the room which would make things more comfortable when two people are sharing.

the room was noisy as it was beside where the smokers gathered at the door and they were up until after 1am which wasnt good the room was also very warm and didnt realise there was a fan in it thought there was ir-con would not recommend staying in room 15

We were going to the Tatton Park show so location was great. Breakfast was good

Room was too hot so couldn't sleep at night. Would benefit from air conditioning

Very convenient for Tatton Show. Beds very comfortable, hotel room very clean. Availability to Knutsford good. Parking excellent. In fact very satisfactory. This was my first stay in Premier, would do it again happily.
