Very good,

“ We really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we have taken the grandchildren away and everything worked out very well, the room and facilities were ample and the food in the inn next door was a great bonus. Couldnt find fault with anything. Very good ”

Quiet room. Cleanliness of room. Good food next door. Lack of comfortable seating in room. People smoking outside the entrance area. Not at all pleasant to walk through to enter hotel. Horrible smell all the time in the bathroom. No drawer units to store clothes.

Friendly staff Good breakfast Disabled room was not suitable for a disabled person.A Bathtub is impossible for a person with mobility problems, and the 'fishmonger's slab'which I presume one is supposed to sit on becomes slippery when wet, and how can one reach the tap if it is 6 ft away. A wet room is the only bathroom, or a shower with a seat at.least, is necessary.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room good and quiet even overlooking a main road. We lost our way coming off the m6 and didn't realize the turning for the business park was for Premier Inn: a little sign off the main road, perhaps

We were welcomed on arrival by friendly staff, it was a good sized room a double bed and a single when we had booked only a twin. It was walkable into Lancaster about 45mins. Premier Inn let you stay just one night. The breakfast next door at the brewers fayre had everything cooked food, various cereals, yoghurts, fruit, croissants and because of the late checkout (noon) we had time for a walk down Lancaster canal after breakfast. It wa quite a distance from the centre late at night and we neede a taxi then.

Location was good, restuarant next door was excellent value and the staff were great. I thought £85.00 per night was excessive. Also the double bed sank in the middle did not sleep that well.

What can you say, its a premier in, just like all othe premier ins, right down to the pictures on thewall. Everything caried out in the usual efficient way. This particular one, very good location as 2 min drive from m6 and 10 - 20 min drive into lancaster. Good parking, plenty of spaces, judging by number of vans this is a definate buisness hotel. Rooms of usual reasonable quality and function. This one has pub/resturant building next door. Breakfast usual good quality though staff are a lot better than some of the other ones. Overall would use again if in area. Cost not cheap for what you get, (can get better hotels for less) Usual complaints of having to pay for wifi (though reasonably easy to access and reasonable cost of £3 for 24hrs), when you can through sites such as this get hotels for cheaper with free wifi. Price for breakfast should reflect what you eat. All very well having an eat as much as you want but does this mean those that eat less subsidise those that eat more.
