great location, lovely town
The hotel staff were really helpful and extremely pleasant without exception. We will certainly stay there again. Thank you Premier Inn Leamington Spa.:D
Everything, kids made very welcome. Very near tourist attraction we had came to see. Value for money. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable of the area.
The proximity to the town centre and Warwick Castle
The food for the cooked breakfast not being all available at the same time
How quiet the hotel was. It was very clean & the bed really comfortable. Great location for bars, restaurants & shops. I would definitely stay again.
The helpful staff at check in, the peace and quiet, the comfy beds and brilliant shower. Lovely breakfast.
Shelves in the room were dusty, a pubic hair in the bath.
Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely
The restaurant could have had a better menu for dinner.
Self-service check in which is a brand new experience, big room and very clean and tidy
no private car park
Excellent location Great staff Great facilities
No swimming pool
All staff excellent, very clean, great location
Much thanks to Leigh at reception who was great. Very clean and all the basics you needed
TV small and my Mum couldn't hear it at its loudest. No phone in the room especially if you need to call reception. Really needed a twin room
Later check out time
We liked the tranquility of the hotel in such a busy location
We did n t find the bed very comfortable
Clean and comfortable hotel we great acoustic glazing to minimize noise from the street below. The family room we stayed in was a good size. Location was superb and the nearby multi storey car park made our over night stay a breeze. All the staff were really helpful. If we return to Leamington Spa we would use again without question.
Nothing, which makes a change!
My partner and I loved that we had a choice of pillows, blackout curtains and the bath&shower facilities as most hotels only have showers
Unfortunately we didn't like self checking in system as you can only use cards
location of hotel is perfect, friendly staff
no breakfast included, wifi can be slow at some rooms, no gym
Mattress was super and the shower was great
Overpriced breakfast, overworked staff
Good size rooms clean and quiet
The kitchen didn't attract us specially when there were plenty of alternatives close-by Couldn't gauge the weather with no outside window
quiet room, good dark curtains and an ac, control that is easy to operate and particularly useful when it is 27C outside!
Excellent location at the start of the Parade (the main street), also close to train station, bus stop and taxi rank just across the road. Friendly, helpful staff.
Central Location, usual Premier standards of cleanliness. Nice staff
Central location actually works against it. Postcode covers main Parade in Leamington but this a very long busy road. Opposite Town Hall would help. Drop off and parking initially difficult but NCP at back provides secure, cheap £4 overnight. Try to avoid any rooms in basement ( mine was £196 no breakfast for 2 nights ) No daylight. Windows are locked and premier signs warn of flooding. Premier are pricing themselves out of the market not the value for money which is a key marketing policy
The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was great. Staff consistently friendly and helpful, and worked well as a team to support each other and serve customers well. The location was excellent as beautiful parks, gardens, shops, convenience stores and restaurants for every budget were close at hand. Breakfast was varied, well cooked and generous. Our children enjoyed the stay also. Air con in the rooms helped a great deal as it was the hottest week in July 2014. We had a great time and recommend Bandstand Tea rooms, the boating lake beside beautiful Jefferson Gardens, Potterin craft studios and the nearby Kenilworth and Warwick Castles.
Relatively large room and very good beds. Breakfast buffet quite good
No window outdoors (only to a kind of corridor) in the room and this was not indicated in the booking phase! The rooms were not cleaned every day. There was only one towel for two persons and it took two days to get a second one. Definitely not worth the price
comfort and quiet room . great location. nice foodstore nearby.
as normal clean tidy good value
lack of staff, rooms not ready until nearly 4 pm affected our visit
