Staff very helpful and chatty and made us feel very welcome. Bedrooms spacious and massive bathroom compared to some we have stayed in. Beds very comfy
Breakfast, not being able to choose your own hot breakfast, it was brought to you. Reason I like to choose my own is for the reason I experienced here, my fried egg still had clear egg white and wasnt cooked properly. If had been able to choose my own I would have avoided this. Bedrooms were cold - put the heating on, but the fan noise was too loud to be able to sleep, so had to turn it off and room was really cold without it on.
Location so convenient for Leeds arena. Welcome by checking in staff brilliant - felt they valued my custom!
Nothing - everything about the stay was excellent.
Very close to what we wanted
The friendly and helpful staff were brilliant. Ideal hotel for Leeds Arena - just across the road. Meal in dining room standard but good food, and again so convenient to eat in the hotel before going to a concert across the road.
Never used premier inn before can not fault it. Stayed for strictly, only had to cross the road to the arena
Very friendly staff
Check in was very easy and staff very helpful ... Food was lovely .... Very comfortable bed .... At check out the girl checking us out even warned us about the slippy conditions outside ... Will go again
Friendliness of the staff Very child friendly
Our stay at the Premier Inn in Leeds was so lovely. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and our room was perfect. We went to see Queen and Adam Lambert and were delighted when we realised the venue was straight over the road.
The location, comfort and generally good staff
Had an unpleasant incident over a purchased bottle of wine, which was later resolved by a very good staff member, Debbie
Such a comfortable room and bed, very spacious !:)

Pretty much everything
Not been able to pay cash for my stay without ID as i had come on the train i did not have my driving licence or passport on me.Its a good job i had my debit card with me
Internet services should be free No minibar No too much choices on room service menu Bar and restaurant closed too early Receptionist was very friendly and fast but many people waiting to check in! It should be two at least. And we had dinner at restaurant. My food (burger) was undercooked. Staff very apologetic and didn't charged for it though
For our purposes the location was excellent and added to the enjoyment of our visit.
The position, I chose it because of it's good position, close to both city center and Leeds Uni, the staffs there were so nice.
customer service was good and our room was very comfortable for me and my children and we had everything we wanted available for us.
There is no parking availability for the guests.
Price and accessibility to rail station and theatre
Wi-Fi was unreliable. Paid for 24 hours and it din't continue past midnight although I'd paid from about 5 p.m.
Location, staff were friendly, comfort
Lack of car parking facilities No water for a period of time on 27/12 Ran out of bacon, sausage etc for breakfast on 27/12 and was initially told that due to lack of staff more could not be cooked. This was eventually remedied.
The location was very good. Few minutes walk into the city centre of Leeds. Staff were polite on check in.
When we got to our room the water didn't work for around 3 hours. There was hair on the floor which wasn't ours. On check out we stood waiting for a staff member for 10 minutes so had to leave our keys on the desk. Car park was £8 for 24 hours, I paid this and the barrier went up automatically on exit.
Lovely tasty breakfast and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend.
great location could not get any better for venue and town centre 2 minutes walk fantastic
Everything except the wifi
Paid WIFI. 80 pounds per night and the WIFI is not free.
Location gives easy access to the City Centre
Reception Staff care less about customer comfort despite long range booking and requests.
