1 Very friendly and most helpful staff. 2 Very comfortable accommodation.

Window restrictors are a fire hazard as they prevent egress in an emergency. I have raised this observation before ..... perhaps I ought to take it up with the Health and Safety Executive. This is because I AM TOTALLY DEAF and couldn't even hear the concierge hammering on the door with my early call [didn't hear her early phone call either]. I don't know how loud your fire alarms are, but by the time that I would become aware of such an event, the window might be my only course of exit!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was comfortable, convenient to pubs, restaurants, shops and to our friends home. We liked the security, and the front desk service. We also liked the availability of parking as we had a hire car.

Our only negative did not relate to the Inn or the information on location provided in material supplied on the internet. It related to the inability of our GPS unit to locate the property. I think this related to the fact that there was no number provided on the Street location. It was such a long street which stretched over both sides of the free way. A number of the property would have helped.

Location and room comfort, particularly the bed

Expensive Wi-Fi or lack of free Wi-fi access unlike most of your competitors.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I liked the fact that you could have your choice of firm or soft pillows as this makes all the difference to a good night's sleep.

Nothing really. A walk in shower would be much better than a bath with overhead shower but otherwise it was very good.

Comfortable bed and very good shower.

Room was opposite air conditioning unit just a few metres away from bedroom window so very difficult to sleep with noise.

    Staff were lovely

Room heat was unbearable abd the price was way too much for the quality of the room.staff said this was because of the festival that was on. This seems really unfair. There was a small air cooler but it was too small for the room.

Bed, shower and room facilities all very good. Fresh fruit at breakfast good.

Unable to alter temperatrure in room except by opening window. Sausages in cooked breakfast were the worst we have ever tasted, some unidentifiable puree in a casing. One half of a lukewarm tomato.

The reception staff were the friendliest I have ever come across. Helpful, informative, happy, lovely people.

Only half an hour free wifi, paid for thereafter. Not really of this time. Also, not enough power points in the room for a couple of phones and a tablet.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

The inflexibility of the adjoining pub providing breakfast. Rudeness of the staff at the adjoining pub over the phone.

Helpful and pleasant staff as always.

The rooms were a bit 'tired' and really need updating. Simple things like a missing wash basin plug and only one spare electric socket are not what you expect from Premier Inns.

Facilitating guests getting a good nights sleep with a quiet zone 10pm to 7am.

The ironing boards provided for guest use were too low to use comfortably.
