Premier Inn Leeds East  

It was a good hotel. Staff were helpful. Good wifi.

We were on the ground floor and the floor boards above were very creaky and woke us up everyrime someone moved above us.

bar i thought was a bit over priced as i stayed three nights got very expensive not a prop if only staying one night but different with a family wreckon i should have received a discount as i stayed at other p inns wont be staying there again

Breakfast only until 9,arrived in a 9.05 and was asked would I like a cooked or continental breakfast when I chose a continental breakfast I was told "sorry we close at 9 " won't be staying there again

Budget price. Location.

No fridge or telephone in room. Creaking floor boards in the room above at 6am. Overpriced, barely-edible breakfast in the scruffy pub next door.

No room choice had to take a easy access room at a inflated price, breakfast was not good, did not get toast or should I say I was not offered it by your staff, you must improve this service

Staff on Reception were very helpful to us regarding public transport and helped us with our 3 year old Grandson who loved staying at the hotel.

Pleasant, friendly receptionist. Spacious, clean comfortable rooms. Bath as well as shower. Wonderful breakfast. All at a reasonable price. Easy free parking.

The room was what one expects from Premier Inn - clean and basic.

The booking system failed and I was over-charged at the desk; although this was rectified up to a point, it still leaves a poor impression. The breakfast was awful, overpriced and in most uninviting surroundings.

Very friendly service, room and bathroom were a good size, bed comfortable, breakfast came at 3 prices which was perfect for us as my husband prefers a cooked breakfast and I don't. Loved the option to have porridge with soya milk and the ample supply of fresh fruit salads. Temple Newsam Park and House is within pleasant walking distance. M1 is 5 min away

It was quiet, clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. Good value, no complaints! It was also handy for where we needed to be visiting family.

One of the put up beds was quite short and the mattress very uncomfortable so our children (11 and 13) had one night each, the other one was fine. The room above us was extremely noisy on the first night, second night fine

Walls between rooms were a bit 'thin' - some low level noise transmission from next door. Wi-fi wasn't very good (transmission rates).

The restaurant did NOT accept leisure vouchers At breakfast i had this year's worst poached egg - a boiled egg without the shell!

The staff were wonderful, particularly the receptionist on the night we arrived who was very welcoming and cheerful. The pub nearby had an excellent choice of food and we loved the Thai restaurant. Breakfast was also very good. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, we will return.

Although very clean, the bath could do with a refurb.

The staff were very helpful and booked taxis for us to get into Leeds city centre and to Leeds festival. The location was perfect for getting to Leeds festival so would defiantly use this hotel again if we decide to get a day ticket next year.

We enjoyed the very friendly ,family atmosphere and the staff were all very pleasant.

It was convenient..

The bed and pillows are too hard to give a decent nights sleep. This is a fault in all Premier Inns! Nice rooms, shame about the beds.

Clean well appointed room, friendly staff. Excellent pub next door with lots of choice for evening meal.

It was an excellent location ,it had free parking and everything was a short drive to.The city centre was also very close.

The only thing I thought was a bit off was the need to prebook your continental breakfast. When we went there , there was only 2 people in the restaurant but because we didn't prebook it the night before we were 'nt allowed to eat there.
