All staff were very welcoming and friendly . The room was tidy and clean and practical . The bed was so comfy I'm seriously thinking of getting one for home !!! The adjoining restaurant had lovely meals and again I couldn't fault the staff . Very happy with service provided .
Wifi should 've been free as we had already paid for the room .
Cuisine first rate
Music far too loud for a restaurant
Clean with very freindly & helpfull staff
This place is worth booking for the quality and value of the breakfast alone. Down sides were location, as it was for a night out in Leicester and there are less buses than there used to be around this area it meant forking out for taxis. Also near the busy main road traffic noise is noticeable. Otherwise excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff, comfy bed and great breakfast made it a brilliant one night stay
Close to the M1 and M69 Easy to find Good parking facility
Room and bed smelt of unpleasant difficult to eradicate the smell
Facilities, Room, Service
Location and friendliness of staff in both the hotel and beefeater restaurant.
Staff were awesome. Friendly and very helpful - better than most 5 star hotels. Made all the difference
Fabulous location close to the motorway with cinema, bowling and lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfortable which ensured a great nights sleep. The breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
No Air Con, may be hot in summer months
Helen who was on reception when we arrived couldn't of been more pleasant and helpful. Your beds are out of this world for comfort . Was out like a bulb as soon ass my head hit the pillow as we're the kids.
Beefeater was booked up when we arrived so had to pop over the road... not a major gripe as food there was really good
Staff were polite and helpful. The bed was so comfortable I was wondering if Premier Inn would miss it if I took it home. Supplied travel cot f.o.c
What no biscuits!!!! Can't have a brew without biccies lol. Maybe provide colouring books for the young ones.
Extra helpful staff, and high standards
Everything apart from wifi use was promised 30 minutes used for 2 minutes at reception and then no wifi
2 minutes wifi only however promised 30minutes
The Staff, their friendliness
That I couldn't get a coffee without going out the the beefeater, although this is fairly normal in a Premier Inn
Excellent location for us as family around the corner
Softer pillows supplied were still a little hard for our liking!
The lady on reception duty both mornings of our stay was incredibly helpful and polite. My husband had left his car keys at the house of the person we had come to Leicester to visit, and your staff member allowed us to leave our luggage with her whilst we sorted things out. Sadly, I did not get her name, but she was a delight to deal with
The coffee machine in the Beefeater was broken most of the time we were there, so could not get a great cup of coffee
Comfy beds, good location
Noise during night and I didn't get a full refund
I enjoyed the location and surrounding complex. Some of the staff were very helpful friendly and understanding.
Some staff were very miserable and wasn't helpful at all
The Staff are always friendly and helpful!! I have found this at all the Premier Inns I stay in for leisure and business.
The restaurant was full and our large group couldn't book a table but in all fairness we did leave it too late.
everything was fine
the only thing that spoilt it was the quality f the cooked breakfast on our 2nd day
Staff very friendly and helpful!
Just a bit out of city
had to rely on staff due to illness with one of the group, they couldn't do enough
one of the beds was not comfortable for the children
everything was lovely
