Score from 277 reviews Very good
Friendly staff, facilities good.
No air con. Wooden floors squeak and I believe an elephant was staying in the room above me.
Reasonable value for money, nice big family room.
The rooms were too hot at night and it wasn't hot outside. Fans were provided but this made little difference and meant it was difficult to sleep. We weren't told that breakfast was 7-9 weekdays and we turned up at 9.30.
Friendly staff quick check in clean comfortable room
A bit isolated but pub restaurant adjacent to hotel
The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was excellent, nothing too much trouble for a young family. Excellent all round.
That the wifi wasn't free. :(
I liked your safe parking area. Lovely, quiet peaceful location. Close to the city centre.
Very hot showers. Crampy Room.
Breakfast and parking.
Greeting from reception staff excellent. Clean and tidy .
The staff were polite and friendly as always. The rooms were quite and comfortable. The breakfast was a five minute stroll across in Heathley Park was equally pleasant, with a good selection on offer.
The efficiency and courteousness of the staff. We had a problem, we were given a different room without fuss.
Not enough electrical sockets. Once the fans were plugged in there was nowhere to charge the phone, the laptop or the iPad. We had to choose between breathing and communicating!!
Comfortable rooms Superb breakfast
Good size family room with an excellent sized bed.
Air con wasn't working on a very hot night so sleeping was difficult.
Great clean rooms Just the place for staying with friends and family whilst Going to the races
The onsite restaurant Was very grubby looking And dirty
Really good value , helpful staff , clean room , big bed , peaceful feel .
I wish I could have stayed longer ...
Very clean and comfortable. Prompt reception service, very happy! Lady on the desk was very helpful upon our departure and advised us that a part of the motorway was closed
The hangover I had in the morning
Providing two fans for the bedroom as no a/c. Good size room, good wardrobe space very clean and comfortable. Loved the free parking good size car park. Loved that the TV can be positioned.
Having to walk across to the restaurant on site it does not sit well with Premier Inn image although food was satisfactory but not good just satisfactory. No room service and no a/c. Not enough plug sockets in the room luckily i always travel with an extension lead. The ability to open window a few more inches wold be very nice especially in such hot weather. Had to pay for wifi but the terms and conditions do not state that only 2 devices can be used with the code so had to purchase another voucher. T&C should fully lay the conditions and not provide just a snapshot (two lines).
The hotel has no temperature control so it was like sleeping in an oven. Didn't get any sleep.
Mr. Tony the day time and evening management was excellent. We been to others Premier Inn in Leicester but finds more comfortable with excellent staff
None but due to very warm weather feel that you should havemore silent air conditioning or fans although staff have been very helpful and provided 2 fans.
excellent staff tried their hardest on a very hot day with fans and iced water
The hotel has a fundamental flaw, in that it is too hot. It desperately needs air conditioning in the rooms and all other areas. It was almost impossible to get a good nights sleep due to the excessive heat
location easy to find
There were only 2 plug sockets for a family room, we all have mobile phones, Ipads etc which need charging, just not enough for a family room, particularly as we had 2 fans plugged in as it was so hot!
Double bed is an airfield. Beautiful and quiet surroundings.
Low ceilings in rooms. No air-conditioning. Failed WiFi. Ceilings and walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours' steps. "Warning!Hot water" stickers in bathrooms do not help poor temperature control in taps. Sticky tables and insufficiently attentive staff at the breakfast restaurant nearby (Fayre & Square). Their regular menu meal is OK though.
It's very hot in summer, they don't have air condition
Friendly and helpful staff. Good information. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. Variety of breakfast foods.
Too hot too noisy
Hotel very clean
Cleanliness, good staff, comfortable large room, lift, free disabled parking very close to door.
