Good location, friendly staff, quite and clean room

Amble service, really fit for purpose, flexible and roomy. Special mention to Gayle, customer focused.

Staff were so friendly and the family was very comfortable, easy distance to the hospital so couldn't ask for more really

Breakfast was not perfect. My cooked breakfast arrived before I had time to sort out fruit juice & tea, let alone have cereal beforehand.

The location, it was surprisingly quiet. The facilities for food were excellent and reasonably priced!! The accommodation was warm and comfortable and the staff were extremely pleasant and obliging. We will return!!!! THANKYOU

I was over in Leicester for a procedure at Glenfield hospital so the location of the hotel was very handy. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was great having the Heathly Park restaurant so close and with such a oood variety of food.

The hall light was so bright that we could see it under the door all night. Too warm.

Staff were friendly, and helpful. Parking was sufficient. Close to the area of Leicester we had a conference and several people from the conference were also booked in, so relationships with other residents were formed over breakfast and dinner, often sharing tables etc.. which was no problem to staff. Quiet at night. Quick service in restaurant. Great to have a downstairs room!!!

As a couple we had a twin bedded room, and would have preferred double bed, but pushed them together so not a problem really, just incoventient. Would have preferred better quality toilet paper......sorry, but it was a little thin...... The door on no. 17 did not close behind us. It pulled together, but didnt finally snap shut unless you literally pulled it again. Having checked we had our key before we left the room, we would have preferred it to snap shut initally, as unless we had realised and listened for it, some stranger could have gained access.
