Score from 71 reviews Very good
Absolutely spotless, lovely comfy bed, nice and quiet, excellent value for money.
Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Also no hairdryer in rooms. Stayed at another Premier Inn last month and same issue as they are in the process of changing them all. But seriously, how long should it take??
The restaurant attached to the Inn is great, bar or table service dining. Great choice and good value with excellent service.
All was good
Everything about the Hotel was marvellous. The staff were very helpful.
Our stay was great, with a relaxing and peaceful enviroment. One of the best places we stopped.
Not enough coffee and sugar in rooms
Staff extremely helpful, rooms clean, tidy and up to date! Hotel next door god meal and breakfast very good! Highly recommend staying here!
The modern decor Comfy bed Friendly staff
Shower pressure wasn't great
Convenient place for a group of people from varying areas to meet up, hotel has had a refurbishment rooms were spotless, bathroom and shower excellent, and the bed was really comfortable.
It is on a very busy road and getting out of the car park took some time.
Staff extremely friendly and warm. Shout out to Ben,Craig and Kim ! Awesome servers. Absolutely loved the bed ! The linen ! The blanket and pillows (the fact that you can choose even softer pillows was amazing). Hotel smelled so good(the corridors specially). Ambiance of restaurant in the morning was delightful! LOVED the purple UV/LD light on top of the bed head!!! The colours !
Water pressure, no computers for the guests to use. Continental breakfast section kind of worn for the later comers(just a tip not a complaint). The hair&body gel in the bathroom did´nt was´nt the best to use as shampoo(for me personally). No room service ! :) I was staying in a room right above the front entrance and i could not really keep my window open because of people smoking under it , thus all the smell coming in. Temperatures in the room got even too high for me at points(and i love the warm). But there was a fan and all.
Good value for money. All facilities needed for an overnight stay. Reception welcoming. Extra 24 hours of wifi at £3 I considered good value. Comfortable bed and bed linen.
Location was convenient but not a highlight
Room Good bed Well prepared reception staff
We have stayed in this hotel previously when we complained about the "tired" appearance of the room and questionable cleanliness. This time the room has been refurbished and was clean and fresh. We did not have food on this occasion but it was good last time.
Shower was pathetic, a mere dribble, but on the up side it was hot. There were no hooks for clothes or towels in the lovely new bathroom. Also grab rails were slippery for a disabled person with wet hands. Foam pillows which caused us to get hot and sticky - we are used to feathers.
Suggest that as there was plenty of room a second chair for two people staying would be a modest improvement.
Lovely clean hotel, fantastic breakfast
Shower was not great, no water pressure
Breakfast menu deal Cleanliness Comfy rooms
Location somewhat difficult to find
The hotel itself is always a pleasure to stay at.
The water hardly had any presure so therefore it took nearly 25mins to run a bath, Also the shower was very poor it didnt have any presure either, As for the hotel itself, It was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you, Nothing was too much trouble.
The young lady on reception was incredibly helpful, filled our child's milk-bottle twice and got us a jug of iced tap-water from the adjoining restaurant. The breakfast was superb.
Good location, just a short distance from the city centre. Rooms are good, with comfortable beds and the adjacent pub serves good food with excellent service. The breakfast was very nice.
Only a minor thing, there was no air con in the room but that is not needed very often in the UK. This would not stop me staying there in the future.
Shower curtain had a bad smell
Not enough towels for a couple only 1
The staff were very very polite friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer!
The room was very warm, hard to sleep on the 2nd night
Once again we have no complaints
Every thing was good
Comfortable room and bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pub next door and the breakfast was nice with excellent service
Nothing to do with hotel but its a bit far from leicester city centre.
Nice welcome from staff. A good room, lovely bed great nights sleep.
Play area for the children.
Work going on in the back yard. Not able to sleep in the day time. :( But staff very help full.
