Room Good bed Well prepared reception staff
We have stayed in this hotel previously when we complained about the "tired" appearance of the room and questionable cleanliness. This time the room has been refurbished and was clean and fresh. We did not have food on this occasion but it was good last time.
Shower was pathetic, a mere dribble, but on the up side it was hot. There were no hooks for clothes or towels in the lovely new bathroom. Also grab rails were slippery for a disabled person with wet hands. Foam pillows which caused us to get hot and sticky - we are used to feathers.
Suggest that as there was plenty of room a second chair for two people staying would be a modest improvement.
Lovely clean hotel, fantastic breakfast
Shower was not great, no water pressure
Breakfast menu deal Cleanliness Comfy rooms
Location somewhat difficult to find
The hotel itself is always a pleasure to stay at.
The water hardly had any presure so therefore it took nearly 25mins to run a bath, Also the shower was very poor it didnt have any presure either, As for the hotel itself, It was lovely and the staff couldnt do enough for you, Nothing was too much trouble.
The young lady on reception was incredibly helpful, filled our child's milk-bottle twice and got us a jug of iced tap-water from the adjoining restaurant. The breakfast was superb.
Good location, just a short distance from the city centre. Rooms are good, with comfortable beds and the adjacent pub serves good food with excellent service. The breakfast was very nice.
Only a minor thing, there was no air con in the room but that is not needed very often in the UK. This would not stop me staying there in the future.
Shower curtain had a bad smell
Not enough towels for a couple only 1
The staff were very very polite friendly and helpful, couldn't have been nicer!
The room was very warm, hard to sleep on the 2nd night
Once again we have no complaints
Every thing was good
Comfortable room and bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pub next door and the breakfast was nice with excellent service
Nothing to do with hotel but its a bit far from leicester city centre.
Nice welcome from staff. A good room, lovely bed great nights sleep.
Play area for the children.
Work going on in the back yard. Not able to sleep in the day time. :( But staff very help full.
Very friendly staff..clean place
Clean and comfy hotel with easy parking.
Near the motorway
As we were late checking in couldn't get a drink didn't know it shut early
Plenty of parking, good service.
Price is slightly too high needs to be more like £30! Couldn't find lift so I used stairs, making it difficult to lift cases to room.
Clean room, clean bedding etc. Friendly, helpful staff.
Too noisy first night - seems impossible for some people to close a door quietly, and some of the fault lies in the doors rather than the people. Lack of internal phones.
Excellent breakfast Very comfy bed
Old towels - quite rough. (Caution when using postcode on older satnavs - took me to M1 services...)
The location was excellent for me as the friends I visit live in Kirby Muxloe. The Premier Inns have a standard service which suits for one/two nights. Breakfasts are usually very good.
The facilities are basic with no frills. I have not eaten an evening meal in this particular location but having tried Premier Inn evening meals on another occasion I found the evening meals also very basic and not very exciting.
Friendly staff , room so comfortable , quiet hotel , the pub right next door was lovely and welcoming and they did a fantastic breakfast ,
Was not informed if paying by cash would need extra id room cold shower feeble tv located in wrong place to be able to view it oil filled radiator kept flashing all night very noisy early morning staff in bar very slow to serve
