Location. I have stayed regularly over the years.

Not as good in general as it used to be. My main complaint would be the restaurant facilities ( for which I believe you are not responsible ?) Very mediocre this time. Full Breakfast - just about ok. Needs better leadership and thus insistence on standards of cleanliness around the buffet and of cooking to requested need. In general, a bit sloppy and doesn't need to be !

Good value

Quad room was not what I had previously experienced. Extra 2 beds were not proper beds as I have had in other Premier Inns

We use Premier Inn all the time ,where ever we go ,because we know and like what Premier Inns are about ,you can't go wrong

A delicious and substantial breakfast was served in the pub next door by very friendly staff.

Had a disabled room, but I think that was my error when booking!

EWxcellent receptionists Geniunely freindly and pelasant and wishing to help.

This was a2two night stay. Whilst in the room we had the door red tagged (do not disturb). We vacanted the room at about 11.15 on the first morning of our stay and de-tageg the door. However the room had not been cleaned upon our return in the evening. Reception reocrds showed that the room was red tagged when the cleaner passed it, but we would expoect thec leaner to recheck nearer to 12 noon (the normal check out time for other guests who are leaving at that day.

Comfotable room and bed. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Excellent Inn. Foursquare dining next door is a bit rough and ready so ate elsewhere.

Charged for two adult breakfasts and no refund offered when I booked in as one 7 year old. No one wanted to offer help. Not great for repeat business

Bathroom was old and ugly - lots of condensation after a shower, bedroom was pretty good.

Quiet location and very handy for Leicester. Staff were excellent as were the staff in the Pub next door.

The helpful, friendly & welcoming staff both in the hotel and the pub where breakfast was provided.

The lighting in room could have been better. It didn't have a cosy feel to it. Also the net curtains were very skimpy.

I booked into the Premier Inn, Oadby, Leicester for one night. I received a warm welcome from the 2 receptionists and was told that, as a single women guest, I would be on the first floor. Also, they explained that no one else would know my room number and the key was handed to me in a folded Premier Inn leaflet. My case was carried up to my room for me and I was given full details of what options were open for eating that evening. The restaurant is in a separate building across the carpark but I felt perfectly safe walking over to the Horse and Hounds for a very enjoyable meal. I was told that there was no problem if I wanted to take food back to my room to eat but I found it very comfortable to sit in the restaurant despite the fact that I was on my own. The meal was good, as was the wine! I was offered an early morning call and was only to ask and they would carry my case down for me in the morning. The large double bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked to order. I will definately stay in the Premier Inn, Oadby the next time I am in Leicester.

Couldn't find fault with the location, quality of hotel and service received.

Car park, bedroom with ensuite, and close proximity to restaurant. Good and extensive food choice. Really satisfied with vegetarian option.Easy to access. Great location for major roads, supermarkets and University.

Not enough tea, milk provided and no chocolate sachets for my daughter to have a hot drink.

Friendley and helpful staff

Free wi-fi for only half an hour, many others we have stayed in are are free full stop.
