I like the location, food was a good quality.
No privacy as neighbors can hear all your conversations and either way you can hear their conversations.
Very friendly staff, credit to the hotel.
our stay was faultless
the toaster was a bit of a nightmere
Fabulous location, local taxi excellent service who provided a service from hotel to cathedral and back at a very reasonable price. Upgraded hotel very good except bed mattress was too hard for my wife. Lovely breakfast plenty of it and well cooked.
Mattress to hard for my wife
Very friendly staff and very helpful
Location very good in relation to Lincoln town centre.Large room and clean
Room very cold as heating not adequate
Really handy for lincon town center just a short walk
Can't think of anything
Spacious and spotlessly clean room. Amazingly comfortable bed. Nice big bath! Attentive and friendly staff.
Very long narrow corridor. Uninviting bar/restaurant. No shaver point in room.
Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious as we were sharing with a 14 year old
The double bed wasn't the most comfortable, dipping in the middle
the comfy beds! good shower, enough space, breakfasts, very friendly and amenable staff. Location was good, close enough to town, ample parking (the other Premier Inn in town doesn't offer this luxury and Lincoln parking is very expensive
no drawer space - not a problem for one-nighters and we were just ok for 4 nights but any longer we might have struggled
Restaurant was good
Tried to ring this hotel with arrangements. No answer. Not enough staff. Very noisy men in the next room at 3am and no help information in room. Asked for refund in the morning and received it. PremierInn are getting worse. Fewer helpful staff than they used to have.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful
The room comfort and quietness. The breakfast was good and plentiful.
Not altogether the hotels problem but access into Lincoln was far from easy, even if your went by car. There are no easily available bus stops and the walk into town was either, across fields or down a very busy road, with very narrow footpaths and no pedestrian crossing points.
Location and pub next door
Bathroom stunk of damp
Clean and comfortable
No iron or hair dryer in rooms, nor phone to reception
Very welcoming on arrival, the young lady on reception extremely helpful.
Only having 30 mins free wifi.
The whole experience was great, we travelled with our 20 month old boy and had everything we needed, felt completely at ease whilst there, staff really helpful and friendly, would highly recommend this one.
We booked a disabled room. the bathroom was only partialey adapted, as it was a bath with a shower at one end and the bars were at the other, so I had to miss my shower. The bedroom only had light controls at one side of the bed. Ispoke to the staff and was told that it was being refurbished also the duvet was far too warm. My wife was too hot so that from a person who likes to be warm says it all. All in all not a good Stay,
Had a brilliant stay, we had a lovely greeting from reception staff. The room was clean and tidy, had a brilliant nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. Overall our stay was relaxed and very reasonable. Will stay again :)
clean and tidy everywhere. friendly and helpful staff..
everything was great.
the staff were great and helpful Breakfast was good
parking was a nightmare due to building work
The reception staff were very good and courteous in impossible circumstances on Monday (13-10-2014) as computer problems affected check-in. They had to escort guests to enable them to access both the hotel and their rooms. They were unfailingly helpful during our stay.
The rebuilding meant there was a continuous smell of paint, public floors were dirty, access was difficult and varied from outside. Parking was limited by the earthworks. One had to negotiate around workmen painting and building within the premises.
Lots of building work going on but did not cause any issues
The single bed in the room felt cold and damp, hence not a good nights sleep.
