Uncomfortable bed Road noise Noisy residents

Had just about everything needed

Only one easy chair in the room.

Breakfast was generally very good and very generous

Room was cool to cold. Décor was bleak. Television was old and the picture miniscule. No heating in the bathroom. Bed was poor. Evening meal selection was pub fare, Although I have rated the breakfast 'good' and generous, the bacon was chargrilled or similar which was like no bacon I have ever experienced and tended to spoil the meal for me.

The breakfast is superb and the night is cozy. It was a good stay.

It far from easy access without car or other means transportation

As disabled we found that the beds are about 4inches to low ,as we both have bad hips when you got onto the bed as you sunk into it was to low so we had a job to get up .If you put a walk in shower insted of a bath as you may have a job to lift your leg to get into it .

Very modern. Travellodge been left well behind.

The room was spacious and there was plenty of room. On the whole; as we got this room a little cheaper we though it was okay for the money. Spacious is good, big beds and clean bathroom a plus.

There was a really musty smell in the room. It hit us the moment we opened the door and although you get use to it after a while it was not good to walk into this. Also big bug bear....no kettle!!! My other half tells me that you do not get them in this chain of hotels.....Well you should in my opinion !!!!!

The fact that we could just walk across to Mill Lodge to dine it meant that neither of us had to drive home after a terrible loss in the family we needed a break from home

pub next door evening meal great breakfast dire waited 40 minutes cold when it arrived although staff were great.

All staff were very polite, friendly & helpful, disabled room was a very good size. Room was comfortable, clean and adequate for our requirements.

Heating was struggling to maintain room temperature during the week of our visit. Room not cleaned on the Thursday of our stay. TV small for a large room.

The hotel was very clean room was comfortable staff friendly The only downside was it was a bit of a way into Lincoln !!!! But we enjoyed our stay

There was a very strong smell of damp, dirty water in the room which remained despite the receptionists best efforts to rectify this.

Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant. The restaurant staff where extremely friendly.

The beds where a bit lumpy.

The noise outside the window. On 3 occasions we where disturbed.The good night sleep didn't happen. I did raise this at reception but the response was mute.

Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were carefully thought out and the boys slept in proper beds. The range of pillows was a nice touch.

Very well run, quiet and well kept Premier Inn. Have used the Ibis Lincoln in the past, but much prefer this property. We visit elderly relatives fairly regularly, and I'll certainly be booking here ever visit in the future. Bedrooms are well thought through - mirrors in good position, powerful hair dryer, plenty of extra pillows, towels etc

Probably applies to all Premier Inns. Price of a room prominently advertised as £29. My stay cost £80 plus breakfast for one person.
