Staff in Premier Inn and Table Table outstanding
The room was just perfect for our one night stay. The breakfast was superb, and the children ate free which was an added bonus . Could not find anything negative to say. Very happy
My wife and I and our 2 grandchildren had a very enjoyable 2-night stay at the Littlehampton Premier Inn. We've stayed at Premier Inn hotels on a number of occasions and have always found them very good. The Littlehampton hotel had friendly and helpful staff in both the hotel and restaurant. The breakfast, as usual, was excellent and such good value for money. We'd always recommend Premier Inn to all family and friends. In fact we've already booked our next visit which is a return to The Cribbs Causeway hotel, Bristol, later this year. Keep up the good work!
Super clean rooms, excellent staff helpfulness.
Nothing, always stayed at premier inn, as worth the money and always great service no matter which premier inn we have stayed.
helpful and friendly staff, customer focused. Appeared to be good with children. Breakfast staff excellent.
Evening meal, group of 2 adults and 3 children, too long between each plate.
Comfort&convenience for visiting family&local supermarket,shops.
Other visitors banging the internal fire doors, which were outside our room late at night& also being inconsiderate when on upper floors to people below them.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. If you did not need be in the centre of a town like for example for a business trip, it would be ideal.
We would have preferred it if was actually in the centre of a town like Bognor, Littlehampton or Worthing. We choose it because we could not find somewhere to stay in Bognor for around the same price, they were already booked. But if this was not a consideration like for business trips, then it would be highly recommended.
Breakfast was poor, maybe all can eat but not sure you want any more
Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.
Convenient, nice staff, interconnecting rooms
Overpriced on the weekend we stayed. Bathroom around plug could have been cleaner. The restaurant smelt really bad ... In the words of my 3 yr old: 'mummy I don't like this cafe it smells bad'. A convenient place to stay but wouldn't go back.
value for money
nothing to dislike
Value for money, comfortable and clean and tidy
Our room 1 was right next to the main door and was a bit noisy
Lady very friendly on reception,room clean,bed comfy,excellent!!!
Friendly staff, spacious disabled room, quiet room (no.3)
I have stayed here before as it it very convenient for visiting my family. Always good value.
I don't like the company policy of only providing one hand towel for two people. The bath towels are not very large and if you wash your hair daily as many women do you need a smaller towel as well.
The staff, particularly Jake, were all very friendly and helpful. Jake went out of his way to make us welcome. The breakfast in the adjacent pub was first class..
car park and straight forward accomoditon without unneccary whistle and bells
No sauvary thing at breakfast such as cheese or ham for on the toast
Location was good for what we needed.
It was very noisey on the friday night and the bed was too hard!
very friendly professional staff, able to give information on surrounding area and well informed on food allergies (nut)
last beakfast morning, staff in training, very slow, forgetting things etc, should have been mentored I feel.
Very friendly staff, Shelley in particular.
Friendly and helpful staff
The hiked prices for Goodwood weekend
- Generally clean, comfortable & quiet room, although a bit tired by Premier Inn standards (eg no lift to first floor, only one traditional key rather than key card entry; no security to the guest bedrooms) - Nice Samsung TV in the bedroom
- There was a smell of drains on entering our hotel room (No 12) - As so often happens at Premier Inns, the restaurant arrangements - the adjacent "Roundstone" Table Table let the offer down big time - At our second evening meal, nearly every dish was served with an omission compared with the menu. Twice our at-table orders for drinks were served with one missing, and twice it took ages for the final drink to be brought to our table. There were also items of dirty cutlery which we had to ask to be changed. - At breakfast, our porrige order was served as a small, thick, stodgy lump in an oversize cup on two successive mornings - By the fourth night of our stay, the establishment had run out of cask beers, and was also promising a significant wait for hot food despite a number of free tables. After this we decided to eat elsewhere in the town, and can recommend the Fish Factory in Littlehampton. NB - this hotel is nearer Angmering & East Preston, and a half-an-hour bus ride from Littlehampton.
Friendly staff. Comfortable room
Hotel aranged to have boiler repaired so that water was turned off at 9am until 1pm! Partner and I had intended to get up at 9 but had to get up much earlier to use bathroom before they turned off the water. Ridiculous. Why hadn't they arranged for this to happen around check- out time at noon? We were not told this as we checked in. We found a note from management on our room after we'd paid. There was no verbal apology, offer of alternative accommodation nor offer of reduction on charge for the room, which was £108! It was too late and we were too tired to demand money back before searching for another hotel.
Clean, fabulous room and staff excellent. Breakfast was awesome with good attention to detail.
The room was very comfortable plenty of room for my 2 children as well as me and husband. Very helpful friendly staff, lovely food.
Very misleading in the inclusive breakfast! Although excellent value for money could have been more clear that the continental breakfast came with the room and the full English u paid for
