Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.
always have loved the beds at Premier inn they make is book again
Very disappointed in my mums room. She had to pay full price £84 on her own. The heater was on minimum and wouldn't go any higher she was cold and no towel rail. No hair dryer in our room.
The room. the bed. The cleanliness
Helpful friendly staff at reception
Were given an early check in. Staff were always polite and quick to help. Staff gave up chairs etc to help out guests for a wedding.
Location and welcome at reception. The girl even booked a taxi for us on arrival as we were running late!
Staff were friendly and helpful
It was very noisy just before 7am. I think my room backed on to reception and just before 7am, it got very noisy with a lot of voices and activity. It was a bit early to be woken up at this time on a Saturday morning!
Staff made up a bed as they had no twin rooms left. Taxis were called and arrived punctually to take us to our venue for the night out. Asda nearby for good value for money cooked breakfasts.
Not the best of roads for nervous drivers to get to.
The noise from the room above -
The staff were particularly friendly and helpful both at reception and at breakfast. Very good choice at breakfast and porridge excellent.
Rate for single occupancy of double room a bit pricey.
Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help!! Even when we gave the feedback about breakfast.
As part of the booking breakfast was included however it was over the zebra crossing from the hotel! Breakfast was awful to the point on the departure morning we went to frankie and bennys in the car instead! It let the hotel down.
The staff were lovely, so helpful and really pleasant to deal with. The location is ideal for getting too off the motorway et
The hotel is slightly out of date, the TV was broken and the bathroom door was broken. (room 2)
Comfy bed, size of room
No hot chocolate!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Food wise just average standard. Not really value for money
Food a little disappointed
great location, despite being next to a train line and a main road the noise levels were fine. The room was exactly what you expect from a premier Inn, and the staff were helpful and friendly
The 4th bed, which is a 'roll away' type of bed, is much less comfortable than the big double and the other single. As we are a family with 2 teenagers this caused some upset! The breakfast is served at the pub next door. Whilst the staff were helpful it's obviously not set up for breakfast with only instant coffee and they had run out of items like hash browns. We actually cancelled our breakfast for the second morning and went to Costa just down the road instead.
Excellent location and levels of cleanliness. All Staff extremely helpful and professional during our stay. The Lady on reception, (when checking in) Tammy, deserves mentioning as being friendly, polite, professional, good humoured & more than helpful. Tammy went that extra mile and arranged our taxi to the football match and ensured we had the number for our return journey too, Thank you. All Staff encountered during our stay are great assets to your company. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to family and friends.
This hotel is very good. The staff were very helpful and hotel is very central, if you cross the road and catch the train to Liverpool it takes 15 mins.
Does not have air conditioning
Friendly Staff and location for train and bus route
Having stayed at your premier in southport twelve months prior,we found that the southport inn was of a better standard, for example, the bed was larger and much more comfortable. When we booked Aintree, we didn't expect a disabled room .Also, we noticed the cost of breakfast has risen but the choice and variety had fallen. Some other small matters but overall a pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly, chatty and very helpful.
The restaurant opposite is appalling!
Adjacent food offering was appalling!
THE FAN IN ROOM 18 S BATHROOM WHEN TURNED OFF , I TOLD RECEPTION DURING THE NIGHT AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT TWENTY MINUTES AND IT WOULD GO OFF BY ITS SELF
the personel was very friendly and helpfull. Roomcleaning was good
The breakfast was not so good. Not european enough. No baguets or fresh bakened bread. No cheese... No toilet in the lobby. Very small loby
