Tammy was invaluable and an enormous asset throughout. On first phone contact she was polite, offered detailed advice, enquired my essential needs and fulfilled them absolutely. During our stay she continued being brilliantly helpful and informative. Tammy is a star. Thanks Tammy. Frank
The room was comfortable and clean and the staff helpfull and friendly.
No restaurant facilities, although there is a pub nearby.
Lack of food facilities
Cleanliness, friendly staff and quiet.
Unfortunately, no internet connection available during my stay which was inconvenient as I wanted to access websites for work.
The staff were really friendly & helpful. Very welcoming
Staff were lovely.
First room smelled of cigarette smoke and the door to the ensuite made a screeching sound. Long way to restaurants. Web site says free wifi but it's only free for 30 minutes.
Location close to racecourse.
Dated decor Strong smell of cigarette smoke (window was open to try and freshen up the room on check in) Tired bathroom
We arrived after a long drive by paul who was training with tammy they were fast in booking us in and were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean bed was very comfortable. The wifi was down when we stayed and if it was working there was charge which i think should be in your room charges. I would stay here again as front desk was excellent paul couldnt help enough as well as the other staff. Would recommend it is near all shops and eating places and 10secs from the racecourse.
location was great as we were going to the races for my 50th birthday with family.
we booked a family room for my two older sons and my teenage grandson, when we arrived the receptionist said it would have a double bed a single and a sofa bed but that wasnt the case,my son and grandson had to share a bed while my other son slept on sofa bed for the 2 nights and as since had a bad back.we asked about this and they said there was nowhere to put another bed so it was really just a standard room.
Size of room comfortable bes even if a bit low
We were allocated a disabled room not what we requested everything was a low level which was a bit of a pain the water temperature was ridiculously hot and we were unable to get it lower also the bath was set higher than normal and hard work to get into.
Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.
always have loved the beds at Premier inn they make is book again
Very disappointed in my mums room. She had to pay full price £84 on her own. The heater was on minimum and wouldn't go any higher she was cold and no towel rail. No hair dryer in our room.
The room. the bed. The cleanliness
Helpful friendly staff at reception
Were given an early check in. Staff were always polite and quick to help. Staff gave up chairs etc to help out guests for a wedding.
Location and welcome at reception. The girl even booked a taxi for us on arrival as we were running late!
Staff were friendly and helpful
It was very noisy just before 7am. I think my room backed on to reception and just before 7am, it got very noisy with a lot of voices and activity. It was a bit early to be woken up at this time on a Saturday morning!
Staff made up a bed as they had no twin rooms left. Taxis were called and arrived punctually to take us to our venue for the night out. Asda nearby for good value for money cooked breakfasts.
Not the best of roads for nervous drivers to get to.
The noise from the room above -
The staff were particularly friendly and helpful both at reception and at breakfast. Very good choice at breakfast and porridge excellent.
Rate for single occupancy of double room a bit pricey.
Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help!! Even when we gave the feedback about breakfast.
As part of the booking breakfast was included however it was over the zebra crossing from the hotel! Breakfast was awful to the point on the departure morning we went to frankie and bennys in the car instead! It let the hotel down.
The staff were lovely, so helpful and really pleasant to deal with. The location is ideal for getting too off the motorway et
The hotel is slightly out of date, the TV was broken and the bathroom door was broken. (room 2)
Comfy bed, size of room
No hot chocolate!
Staff are friendly and helpful. Food wise just average standard. Not really value for money
Food a little disappointed
