Premier Inn Liverpool (Aintree)  

Location: Close to trainstation Fenced-in playground with outdoor seating area for the parents

Hotel was very near to aintree station The food at the rocking horse next door was extremely good value! Hotel right behind the racecourse stands

Had a very noisy night with some drunk patrons of the hotel, however we recieved the money back for that night under the good night garentee!

Overall staff very friendly and helpful in the hotel.

The hotel uses the Rocking Horse pub for breakfast food, the staff here are extremely rude.

John on reception and Ryan who came on later were really helpful with a problem we had with the car. Thanks to them it was sorted and enabled us to enjoy our day at the races. Most appreciated,will book next year

I would like to have had more tea/ coffee 2 bags is not much and a bottle of water.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and stocked with enough tea and coffee supplies for our early start,the location was so very close to the racecourse at aintree.

Comfortable. Affordable. Close to amenities required. Great breakfast. Children eat free was excellent. Clean and tidy.

Decor getting tired. Bathroom floor coverings a bit old coming away from wall and black mould in the corners. :(

my grandson left his jeans on the bed but no one handen them they was new jeans he was in room 16

It is a short distance from Aintree Railway station where you can board a train and head to Liverpool City Centre, Southport, Manchester......and many more places.

Both Hotel And Rocking horse Pub were very good at customer service nothing was too much trouble Beds and linen and pillows are really comfy. We intend to go again. Always find good service at Premier Inns

Only thing we found strange was breakfast cups without saucers they were rather small ,prefered the small mugs in room......it was a minor detail tho'

It was in the exact location we wanted, as our venue for the night was a function room at Aintree Racecourse.

It needs better signposting and logo display from the road.. The gutter on room 41 side of the block has parted company and in the rain storm in the early morning this noise from the cascading water was unexceptable. The room only had towels for one person in the room on arrival, yet the room had been booked since April 2012 for two people. No phone in the room to contact reception?

Able to accommodate up to 4 people in one room. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

No telephones in the rooms.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The fact I had to pay £8.25 for breakfast when we were supposed to have free boxes but ran out.

I liked the price that was paid,it was friendly and comfortable and the food was really good. Location was good with the train station just across the road.

We booked two family rooms and both were spotless, breakfast is really good value too

Terrible that it wasnt stated in the booking that you pay on arrival.didnt have the cash ready...but room wouldnt be given without paying. Very iggnorant woman at desk

Quiet good-size room, comfortable bed and pillow, friendly reception staff.

Poor area, the pub next door serving breakfast (and evening meals) is like a Butlins camp pub

Staff all really lovely my daughter had sick bug and vomitted in night and all v helpful.

Room too cold and found not easy to set thermometers
